本発明は被滅菌水を入れた瓶を高温高圧蒸気の
充満するチヤンバー内で蒸気滅菌し、滅菌液を得

封入するようにしているが蒸気熱にて滅菌中チヤ
ンバー内に残溜空気が存在したり或いは不飽和蒸
気が存在すると所望の滅菌温度が得られず、更に
は仮りに滅菌液が出来たとしてもその後に急激に
チヤンバーの内圧を下げると瓶内の滅菌液はその
場で突沸現象を起こし瓶外へ噴出して溢れてしま
い所望量の滅菌液が得られないものとなる。従つ
て従来では此種滅菌液を入れたチヤンバーの内圧
を低下さす手段としてはチヤンバーへの蒸気封入
を開閉弁等を閉路して遮断し、然る後に排出管に
設けた小通路を通して高温高圧蒸気をゆつくり排
出するようにしていた。この場合、小通路は極め
て小さな寸法から成る孔径であるがためにややも
すると目詰まりを生じチヤンバー内圧がいつまで
