布取付けバーを設け、これらの濾布取付けバーに
隣接する2枚の濾布の上端及び下端をそれぞれ取
付けて濾過終了後に各濾布取付けバーを交互に上
下動させることによりケーキを交互に下方へ排出
させるようにしたものが知られている。ところが
この型式のフイルタープレスはわずかな濾板間を
濾布取付けバーと給液板と4枚の濾布とが交差し
つつ移動するため相互に干渉して故障が多いこ
と、濾布が相互につながつているためにその取換

上方で濾布が左右に別れるためにケーキが右側へ
排出されたり左側へ排出されたりして一定せず、
ケーキ排出がスムーズに行われないうえケーキが
機外へ飛散するという問題のあることが判明し

単に行えるうえ、機械の全高を高くする必要がな
く、しかもケーキ排出方向を一定に維持してケー
キ排出がスムーズに行われる濾布走行型フイルタ

bは各濾板1の上方に突設された上部ローラ、5

る。また6はこれらの上部ローラ4a,4bと下
部ローラ5との間に、各濾板1を取巻くように張
設されたエンドレス状の濾布である。本発明にお
いては、上部ローラ4a,4bの高さは濾板1枚
ごとに交互に高低ジグザグ状とされている。即
ち、本実施例においては奇数番の濾板1の上部ロ
ーラ4aは比較的低い位置に、また偶数番の濾板
1の上部ローラ4bは比較的高い位置に設けられ
ている。このため、各濾板1のまわりに張設され
ている濾布6の上端もジグザグ状に段差が形成さ

で、本実施例においては濾板1の左右両側又は片
側に上下2段に設置されている。なお12はカバ
ーであり、図面上はフアストヘツド2とルーズヘ
ツド3の上部だけに示されているが、濾板1の幅
方向の両面にも設けられてケーキが周囲に飛散す
ることを防止する。また13は必要に応じて設け
られるアーチ状のケーキ反転カバーであり、本実
施例では1枚おきの濾板1をまたぐように、また
濾板1とともに開閉できるように設けられてい

へ落下するが、上向きに走行する側の2枚の濾布
6,6に挟まれたケーキ20は濾板1の上方へ移
動し、上部ローラ4bの部分で剥離する。本発明
においては、上部ローラ4a,4bの高さは交互
に高低ジグザグ状となつているので、ケーキの剥
離はまず低い側の上部ローラ4aで行われ、次に
高い側の上部ローラ4bで行われる。このため各
室ともに濾布6からのケーキの最終剥離位置は上
部ローラ4b側に一定され、スムーズなケーキ排
出が行われる。また剥離されたケーキはブリツジ
を形成することなくこの段差部分に巻込まれ、そ
の低い位置にある上部ローラ4aを越えた濾布6
が下向きに走行する側の間隙から下方へ落下す
る。このようにして濾布駆動バー10が図示のよ
うに下部スプロケツト8付近まで移動したときに
濾布駆動用チエーン6を逆転させれば、濾板1の
上方に残つていた剥離されたケーキは濾板1,1
の間隙から更に確実に下方へ排出されることとな
る。なお実施例のように濾板1の上方にケーキ反
転カバー13を取付けておけば、上方へ排出され
たケーキを下向きに折曲げるとともに破砕でき、
濾板1,1の間隙から確実に下向きに落下させる
ことができる。また以上に説明した実施例では濾
布6を途中で反転させつつケーキの排出を行わせ
るようにしたが、下部ローラ5と下部スプロケツ
ト8とを同軸として濾布6を一定方向に連続的に
回転させつつケーキの排出を行わせることもでき

本発明は以上に説明したとおり、濾板の片側の
ケーキを下方へ排出させるとともに反対側のケー
キを濾板の上方へ移動させつつ濾布から剥離さ
せ、この剥離されたケーキを上部ローラの段差を
利用して下向きに巻込んで下方へ落下させるよう
にしたものである。従つて本発明においては濾板
上方へ移動したケーキの排出方向を一定方向に定
めることができ、ケーキ排出をスムーズに行わせ
るとともにケーキの機外への飛散を防止すること
ができる。また濾板上部におけるブリツジ現象に
よる滞留を少なくすることができるとともに、故
障を減少させることができる。更に消耗品である
濾布は各濾板ごとに独立して張設されているので
濾布の交換も極めて容易である。しかも本発明に
おいては濾板の上方へ高く濾布を吊上げる必要も
なく、実公昭59−33446号のフイルタープレスに
比較して装置全体の高さを著しく低くすることが
できる。よつて本発明は従来の問題点を一掃した
濾布走行型フイルタープレスとして、産業の発展
