The present invention relates to surface-adhesive vulcanized rubber. That is, the present invention imparts appropriate adhesion to the surface of vulcanized rubber, prevents dust from adhering to it, and
This invention relates to a surface-adhesive vulcanized rubber that utilizes the scattering prevention function and has cleaning effects such as dustproof mats and indoor dust absorption. In other words, acetic acid By uniformly blending 20 to 50 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin with a vinyl group content of 39 to 60% and vulcanizing it with a vulcanizing agent, this vulcanized rubber is given appropriate adhesive strength and is dust free. The present invention relates to a surface-adhesive vulcanized rubber that has a cleaning effect such as dust-proof mats and indoor dust adsorption by using the function of adhering and fixing and preventing scattering. Until now, in order to impart surface adhesion to a vulcanized rubber sheet, it was necessary to add a very large amount of tackifier (adhesive agent), and if a large amount was added, the vulcanized rubber It has disadvantages such as significantly lowering physical properties and inhibiting vulcanization.
In addition, when several tens of parts of tackifier are mixed, even if the rubber has adhesive strength when unvulcanized, once it is vulcanized, it loses almost all surface adhesive strength and the adhesive strength does not last long. In addition, when conventional vulcanized rubber containing a large amount of tackifier is used for dust-proof mats, the dust-absorbing effect may not be sufficient, or the surface adhesiveness may be too strong, causing an uncomfortable feeling when walking. Disadvantages include that the tackifier sticks to the bottom and that once it gets dirty, it cannot be reused. The present invention aims to eliminate these conventional drawbacks and provide a surface-adhesive vulcanized rubber that has an appropriate surface adhesion and has a semi-permanent surface adhesion when reused by washing with water. be. The present invention is made by uniformly blending 20 to 50 parts by weight of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin with a vinyl acetate group content of 39 to 60% to 100 parts by weight of rubber, and vulcanizing the mixture with a vulcanizing agent. It is characterized by As the rubber, styrene butadiene rubber,
One or more of butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene rubber, polyisobutylene polyisoprene rubber, and natural rubber can be used. The rubber vulcanizing (crosslinking) agent is characterized in that it is sulfur, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, or lead oxide. In addition, if necessary, fillers with aromatic, naphthenic, aliphatic paraffinic softeners, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, aluminum silicate, silica, magnesium silicate, carbon black, etc. It is also possible to blend tackifier resins such as coumaron-based, petroleum hydrocarbon-based, and liquid polyisobutylene derivative-based agents. The above-mentioned ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin (abbreviated as EVA) is used to increase rubber surface hardness and as a mold flow improver during press molding.
Several tens of parts by weight are added to 100 parts by weight, but vinyl acetate group content is considered suitable for this purpose.
There are 10 to 30%, preferably the same content is 10 to 30%.
There are 20%. Vinyl acetate group content 39-60%
The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin used in the present invention falling within the above range is much softer and has a much stronger surface adhesive force than the above-mentioned ones. Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is a peroxide (R-O-
(O-R), but when sulfur, magnesium oxide, or lead oxide is used as in the present invention, crosslinking is impossible and it remains uncrosslinked in the vulcanized rubber. . Therefore, tackiness remains on the surface of the vulcanized rubber, and since the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer itself has good weather resistance, its tackiness continues for a long time. If the vinyl acetate group content is less than 39%,
Sufficient surface adhesion cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 60%, surface adhesion can be obtained, but the physical properties of the vulcanized rubber will be significantly reduced. Since the surface adhesive strength in the present invention is not due to resin, it is difficult to fall off due to washing or the like. Since the present invention has almost no selectivity in the rubber used, it is thought that it can be used for adhesive products in all sectors that require strong physical properties, such as dustproof mats. Although many adhesive products made by blending block polymers with tackifiers, softeners, etc. have been commercialized, they have many drawbacks such as a lack of physical strength and a lack of resilience when stretched or bent. ,
If the adhesive vulcanizer rubber according to the present invention is used in place of these materials, it is possible to obtain a highly rubber-like adhesive material that has strong physical properties and excellent resilience upon elongation and bending, and is dustproof, which has been impossible until now. It can also be used on mats, etc., and its dust adhesion and fixing effect is semi-permanent. The present invention will be further explained below using Examples in comparison with Comparative Examples (numbers of components are in parts by weight). [Table] (Note) * The ball tack No. here is based on J.Dow's ball rolling method.
Roll the ball onto successive 10 cm long samples on the same inclined table in descending order of expected ball number with a run-up of 10 cm, and use the number of the largest diameter that stops on the sample for 30 seconds or more to determine the adhesion index. shall be. However, in this case, the measurement value will be the average of two measurements, but the measurement will be made by changing the position of the run-up part and not passing it after rolling it once. Examples of formulations within the claimed scope of the present invention provided long-term surface tack, while formulations such as the comparative example resulted in insufficient surface tack. The effects of the present invention are as follows. When the surface-adhesive vulcanized rubber obtained by the present invention is used in cleaning products for dust absorption, etc., it has the function of adhering and fixing dust and preventing dust from scattering due to its surface adhesive strength and rubber-like physical properties. Even if it gets dirty, surface adhesiveness can be easily obtained by washing with water, and the adhesiveness is semi-permanent.
