ータ等のキーボードや電卓等の各種機器のキート
ツプの製造方法に係り、キートツプの識別表示模
様を放射線硬化樹脂により形成し、該模様を無色
もしくは有色透明のカバー体で被覆してキートツ

あるが、この種塗料は耐薬品性に劣るため、嵌着
溝6b内に浸入した洗浄液により剥げ落ちたり劣

硬化樹脂を所定の識別表示形状に塗布した後、両
者を密着させ、その後放射線を上記カバー体を通
して上記放射線硬化樹脂に照射し、硬化させるこ
とによりキートツプを形成するようにしたもので
あり、かくすることにより使いやすく、かつ長時
間使用しても模様の識別性が低下することのない
キートツプを、作業性よく形成するようにしたも

樹脂等にきわめて強く接着する特性があり、従つ
て上記のように模様「A」を硬化させると、模様
「A」の上下両面にカバー体3とキートツプ本体
1はしつかりと固着され、強固なキートツプ5が
出来上る。また放射線硬化樹脂は、放射線の照射
により重合反応や縮合反応、架橋反応等の化学反
応を生じて硬化するものであつて、その硬化はき
わめて速かであり、従つて上記模様「A」はきわ
めて作業性よく硬化し、かつ硬化後の審美性もき

じて硬化する放射線硬化樹脂は、硬化収縮をほと
んど生じず、従つて硬化時に上記従来塗料のよう
に亀裂を発生しないものであり、空気中の水分や
洗浄液等により剥げ落ちや劣化退色を生じにくい
特性がある。また耐薬品性もきわめて強く、従つ
て洗浄時に空隙aに洗浄液が浸入しても劣化退色
しにくい特性がある。かかる種々のすぐれた特性
を有する放射線硬化樹脂により形成された上記模
様「A」は、長期間使用してもその識別性が低下

十分密着して、模様を形成する放射線硬化樹脂の
接着作用により、カバー体とキートツプ本体が強
