In a medical diagnostic device such as a radiation CT device, a radiation source and a radiation detector that face each other around the patient are rotated around the body axis of a subject placed on a bed, such as a patient. tomographic images can be obtained. In this case, if the top plate of the bed on which the patient is placed bends due to the patient's weight, and the patient's body protrudes from the radiation irradiation area, an accurate tomographic image cannot be obtained. Therefore, it is necessary that the top plate of the bed does not sag even under the load imposed by the patient. However, increasing the thickness of the top plate in order to eliminate deflection due to load not only reduces the transmittance of radiation but also increases the cost when manufacturing the bed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention moves a support member that supports the top plate at the same time as the top plate is moved to the inspection position, and when returning the top plate to its original position, it moves in accordance with the movement of the top plate. This feature is characterized in that the supporting member is returned to its original position.

indicates the state before the test. A support member 8 is attached to the lower part of the top plate 1, and rollers 9 attached to the ends thereof support the top plate 1 when it is moved to the inspection position. A spring 11 is attached to a convex portion 10 at the right end of the support member 8 for returning the support member 8 to the left in the figure. Further, a lever 13 is rotatably attached to the convex portion 12 at the substantially central portion of the support member 8 by means of a pin 14 . A roller 1 is provided at the tip and middle of the lever 13, respectively.
5 and 16 are attached. Roller 1 at the tip
5 is a position where the end of the top plate 1 comes into contact, and a roller 16 in the middle is a member 17 that forms part of the side plate 4.
The vehicle is configured to run on a guide 18 attached to the vehicle. Guide 18 on which roller 16 runs
The plane is substantially parallel to the plane of movement of the top plate 1, and its left end in the figure has an inclined portion 19 having an angle of 45° with the plane of movement of the top plate 1.

The roller 15 provided at the tip of the lever 13 and the top plate 1 no longer come into contact with each other, and the lever 13 and the top plate 1 no longer engage with each other.
When the top plate 1 further moves to the left, the top plate 1 rests on a roller 9 provided at the tip of the support member 8. As a result, the roller 9 inspects the top plate 1 using an inspection device (not shown).

When the top plate 1 returns a certain distance, the top plate 1 that has been holding down the head of the roller 15 disappears, and the roller 16 starts moving up the slope 19 of the guide 18 due to the tension spring 11, that is, the lever 13 moves clockwise. The roller 15 contacts the end of the top plate 1. Further, as the top plate 1 returns, the support member 8 also returns to its original state due to the tension spring 11.

A support member having a roller at an end that supports a top plate, and a support member provided on the support member, which engages with the top plate at the beginning of the movement of the top plate to keep the support member parallel to the top plate. In the latter half of the movement, the support member engages with a guide fixed to the pedestal and is disengaged from the top plate, stopping the movement of the support member despite the movement of the top plate. During the return trip, the device includes a lever that disengages from the guide when the top plate reaches a stop position of the support member, and a spring that applies pressure to return the support member to its original state; A top plate support member moving mechanism for a bed for a medical diagnostic apparatus that returns the support member to its original state by the pressure of the spring when the lever is released from the guide.
