Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform uniform emission of adhesive material, by allowing the auxiliary leaf spring fixed in an adhesive receiving box so that the free end thereof is positioned above a nozzle to cooperate with the emitting leaf spring moving along the inner peripheral surface of the receiving box. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary shaft rotates, an adhesive emitting leaf spring 22 is rotated along with said rotary shaft and moved while pressed to the inner peripheral surface of an adhesive receiving box 1. When said leaf spring 22 approaches an auxiliary leaf spring 24, a definite amount of an adhesive 6 is accumulated under the auxiliary leaf spring 24 and, when the emitting leaf spring 22 passes above a nozzle 7, the auxiliary leaf spring 24 is downwardly pressed by the spring force of said leaf spring 22. 盛り上がつたりし、不良が発生するという問題点
を有する。

部1aの内周面に密着している。接着剤吐出用板
バネの他端が密着する接着剤収納箱1における内
周面を形成する部分には、前記接着剤収納部1a
の接着剤6を吐出する接着剤吐出用穴7aが形成
されたノズル7が設けられている。また前記接着
剤収納箱1の接着剤収納部1aには、補助用板バ
ネ24が固定されており、この補助用板バネ24
の自由端は前記回転軸18の下方で前記ノズル7
の上方に位置している。

を形成する部分には、複数個の接着剤吐出用穴7
aが形成されたノズル7を取付けるための四角形
状のノズル取付け穴2aが形成されている。前記
ノズル7は、外周に前記箱本体2の下面に当接す
るつば部7bが形成されており、前記箱本体2に
ねじ8で取付けられたコ字状のノズル取付け板9
の溝9aに挿入されて前記箱本体2のノズル取付
け穴2aに着脱自在に取付けられている。また前
記蓋4には接着剤収納部1aに接着剤6を補充す
るための接着剤補充用穴2bが形成され、この穴
2bはねじ10で塞がれている。

ル7の上方に位置するように配設され、この補助
用板バネ24の他端は接着剤収納部1aの側面に
沿つて直角に折曲げられ、この折曲げ部24aは

ることが防止され、保守管理が容易である。また
ノズル7の上方に補助用板バネ24を設け、補助
用板バネ24によつて接着剤6が押し出されるの
で、ノズル7の複数個の接着剤吐出用穴7aより
平均的に接着剤6が押し出される。
