ギヤー14をクラツチピニオン13の方向へ付勢
する圧縮ばね17とを備えている。クラツチピニ
オン13は、クラツチギヤー14に対向する側の
端面の2箇所に180度の角間隔を置いて爪13a,
13aが突設してあり、クラツチギヤー14は、
第9図aに示すように、この爪13aと噛み合う
爪14aが180度の角間隔を置いて、2箇所に各
32.5度ピツチにて2枚突設してある。これらの爪
13a,14aは第8図及び第9図bにそれぞれ
示すように、いずれも相互に当接する一方の面が
各端面に対して直角をなす直角面13b,14b
を有しており、他方の面がそれぞれの端面に対し
傾斜した傾斜面13c,14cになつている。そ
して駆動レバー11を閉操作したときのみ当該直
角面同士が噛み合つて、1回の操作毎に180度の
角度範囲で回動するクラツチピニオン13を介し
て当該操作の2回に対してクラツチギヤー14は
180度回転し、駆動レバー11が開く時には傾斜
面同士が当接し、圧縮ばね17の付勢に抗してク
ラツチギヤー14は主軸18の軸線に沿つて逃げ
ることにより回転しないようになつている。クラ
ツチギヤー15aは、クラツチギヤー14に噛合
し、クラツチギヤー14の半回転により1回転す
るようになつており、両側板7a,7bに両端を
固着した中間軸19の外周に左右のアイドルギヤ
ー15b,15cと一体になつて中心孔が遊嵌合
している。左のアイドルギヤー15bは、糸掛け
引戻し機構3用のカム30と一体になつて回転す
る同一歯数の第1のカムギヤー8aと噛み合い、
糸掛け引戻し機構3及び結び目形成機構5へ動力
を伝達する。また、右側のアイドルギヤー15c
は、刺し針往復動機構2用のカム21と一体にな
つて回転する同一歯数の第2のカムギヤー8bと
歯合し、この第2のカムギヤー8b及びアイドル
ギヤー15d及び15e,15f等を介し糸掴み
機構4用カム41及び糸寄せ機構6用カム60と
それぞれ一体になつて回転する同一歯数の第3の
カムギヤー8c及び第4のカムギヤー8dに動力
を伝達する。そして、上記各ギヤー8a,8b,
8c,8dは、いずれも駆動レバー11の2回の
開閉操作によつて1回転するようになつている。

の端面に凹部49aを有し、他方の端面側に一体
回転するピニオン49bを備えており、上記凹部
49aが、開閉カム49の軸線に対し垂直な垂直
端面49cに対して略直角をなす直角面49dと

して該筒針を所定箇所に係止した状態とする係止
部及び該係止した状態から所定角度回動させた時
に該係止した状態を解除する逃がし凹部を有する
