For example, non-foamed sheets such as polyvinyl chloride sheets and stretched polystyrene sheets are effective in preventing bottle fragments from scattering, but they are inferior in their ability to cushion and protect bottles from shock and vibration during transportation, and foamed sheets such as expanded polystyrene sheets Although the sheet had excellent cushioning properties, it had poor elongation and tensile strength, so it had little effect on preventing bottle fragments from scattering and was not practical.

It is characterized by a concave pattern formed on one side of a foamed sheet of plastic resin.

The sheet 1 may be formed by embossing, or it may be extruded using a breaker bridge type mold or a grooved mold during extrusion molding of the sheet 1, and the grooved mold may be made rotatable. You can leave it there.

Foamed sheets made of various thermoplastic resins alone, copolymers, or mixed resins can be freely used. Since the surface of the foamed sheet on which the concave pattern 10 is not formed is smooth, printing can be applied thereto, and a non-foamed film made of polystyrene or other thermoplastic resin is laminated on the surface. is also possible.

It is wound into a cylindrical shape with 0 facing inside, and both ends are joined to form a cylindrical sleeve A. Furthermore, at this time,
When the concave pattern 10 is a parallel groove oriented in one direction, it is preferable to form the groove so that the direction of the groove is in the axial direction of the sleeve A (see FIG. 6).

Due to the space created by the concave pattern 10, the sheet 1 does not deform at the same time as the bottle G, but the sheet 1 deforms and expands with a slight delay from the deformation of the bottle G.
