(Prior art and problems) Conventionally, for example, when a part of a sea area or body of water is partitioned off with an embankment and used as a treatment plant where waste is thrown into it, particularly harmful components in the waste dissolve in the water. Alternatively, in order to prevent the mixture from penetrating the levee body and flowing out into the surrounding area, a covering sheet made of water-impermeable and flexible material such as synthetic resin may be laid over the entire inside of the levee body. It is considered.

However, the spacing between the embankments that form one section of land, such as a planned landfill site, is generally 100 meters or more, generally 200 to 300 meters. If the bottom surface is a wetland or swamp, or if it is muddy due to accumulation of rainwater or seawater, or if there is little water remaining, the covering sheet will be laid by sliding it along the bottom surface. Since the bottom surface in these conditions has large frictional resistance and adhesive strength, it is practically impossible to lay the covering sheet along the bottom surface.

(Objective of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and can be implemented quickly even when the bottom surface inside the embankment body is muddy or when water remains. It is an object of the present invention to provide a construction method that can easily lay a covering sheet on an embankment body.

(Structure of the Invention) The method of laying a covering sheet on a reclaimed land according to the present invention is to construct a plurality of ropes between opposing embankments at appropriate intervals and away from the bottom surface, and then cover the sheet from the top. The method is characterized in that one end of the sheet is let out into the embankment and moved sequentially over the ropes to lay the covering sheet, and then each rope supporting the covering sheet is loosened to allow the covering sheet to run along the bottom surface.

1 to 4 show the case where the present invention is implemented on a planned landfill site having a muddy bottom surface 5 surrounded by an embankment body 1 and formed in a rectangular shape. First, as shown in FIG. A plurality of stakes 3a, 3b are driven at appropriate intervals on the top ends 2a, 2b of the embankment body 1 facing each other in the longitudinal direction, and then a rope 4 is attached to each of the opposing piles 3a, 3b. Attach both ends. At this time, each rope 4
It is erected with some tension so as to maintain it in a state away from the internal bottom surface 5. Further, in this embodiment, sliding members 6 made of rollers are provided at appropriate intervals on the portion of the rope 4 facing the bottom surface 5. This work is carried out by a worker holding both ends of the rope 4 walking on the opposing tops 2a, 2b and sequentially anchoring the rope 4 to the stakes 3a, 3b. And once the installation of rope 4 is completed,
As shown in FIG. 2, the covering sheet 7 is fed out from one of the top ends 2c located at right angles to the top ends 2a and 2b onto the rope 4 already installed between the top ends 2a and 2b.

In general, the covering sheet 7 is water-impermeable and flexible, and the distance between the embankment bodies 1 is large, 100 meters or more, and it is difficult or impossible to manufacture and transport such a wide sheet. Next, long sheets 8 of appropriate width made of vinyl chloride resin sheets having a reinforcing layer made of braided material if necessary are arranged perpendicularly to the feeding direction, and the side edges are overlapped little by little in the length direction at the work site and bonded. The bottom surface 5 is sequentially joined watertightly by adhesive or welding.
And it is made large enough to cover the entire slopes 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d.

In parallel with the work of sequentially joining the long sheets 8 in this way, both side ends 7, which are the parts to be laid on the slopes 10a, 10b and the top ends 2a, 2b of the embankment body 1, are
a, 7b are each folded upwards and pulled by a traction machine 12 such as a winch installed on the opposite top end 2d side via a rope 11 connected to a girder 9 attached in advance to the tip 7c of the covering sheet 7. ,
The covering sheet 7 covers the top edges 2a, 2b without contacting the bottom surface 5, the slopes 10a, 10b, and the top edges 2a, 2b.
It is pulled out by sequentially moving on the rope 4 stretched between 2b. That is, since the covering sheet 7 does not touch the bottom surface 5, which has particularly high frictional resistance and adhesive strength, it can be easily fed out and laid with a small amount of power. Also,
In this embodiment, since the rope 4 is provided with the sliding member 6, the frictional resistance is further reduced, and it is possible to let out the rope very easily.

Once the covering sheet 7 has been laid, both ends 7a and 7b of the folded covering sheet 7 are
are expanded and fixed to the top ends 2a and 2b, respectively. In this embodiment, since the rope 14 with one end fixed to the girder 9 is inserted in advance through the ring member 13 attached to both end edges 8a of each of the short sheets 8, this rope 14 is attached to the top end 2a, 2b side. You can raise them respectively. Next, each of the ropes 4 supporting the covering sheet 7 is loosened to allow the covering sheet 7 to land on and lie along the bottom surface 5, thereby completing the laying. Also, if necessary, rope 4 and stake 3
A, 3b, etc. are then removed.

In this example, the case where the bottom surface 5 of the embankment body is muddy is shown, but it can be carried out similarly when there is residual water inside the embankment body. In this case, the rope 4 is installed above the water surface or underwater. . Moreover, although a roller is used as the sliding member 6, other members such as a hard synthetic resin molded product may be used to make it more slippery.Furthermore, the long sheets 8 may be arranged parallel to the feeding direction and bonded to each other.

(Effects of the invention) The method of laying a covering sheet on a reclaimed land according to the present invention involves installing a plurality of ropes between the tops of opposing embankments at appropriate intervals and apart from the bottom. The structure is such that one end of the covering sheet is fed out into the embankment, and the covering sheet is laid down by moving it sequentially over the ropes, and then each rope supporting the covering sheet is loosened to allow the covering sheet to run along the bottom surface. Therefore, even if the bottom surface is muddy or there is little residual moisture, the covering sheet can be easily and quickly laid on the embankment body along the bottom surface with a small amount of power. Furthermore, if each rope is stretched in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the covering sheet is fed out, and each rope is provided with sliding members at appropriate intervals, the feeding will be smoother. Furthermore, in the case where the covering sheet 7 is unrolled onto a roller with the portion laid on the slope and the top of the embankment located at both ends folded upward, the covering sheet 7 may be laid on the slope or the top. You can install it more easily without touching the edges.
