によれば改善される。 In general, roof panels are laid by stretching the boards over the top of the roof structure, which is made up of moyas and rafters or gassho placed between the moyas. However, in this installation method, the field boards are laid by matching the actual materials at the installation site.
Poor workability. The workability of this conventional method is that multiple types of roof panels with vertical and horizontal lengths that are an appropriate number of times the standard dimensions are used, and on one side of the ridge a roof panel with a constant vertical length and an arbitrary horizontal length is used. A method of forming a roof ( JP-A-54-108424 (hereinafter referred to as prior art)

When this occurs, problems that are difficult to correct occur, such as the inability to attach accessories such as ridge covers.

However, if the roof panel is made smaller in order to avoid this, the effect of prefabricating it will be reduced.

Since the example shown in FIG. 1 is a hipped roof, the roof frames 8 have the same shape, and the shedding boards 1 are arranged along the ridgepole.
0 and 12, and two slopes on which to lay field boards 14 and 16, which are of the same shape and will be placed along the climbing ridge connected to both ends of the ridgepole. It has a total of four inclined surfaces.

22, 24, 26, 28 are manufactured at the factory. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, the panels are arranged on the same slope so that there is a gap between adjacent panels that are to become roofing boards. (Note that in FIGS. 3 to 5, hatching is shown at intervals for convenience of explanation.) That is, the field boards 10 and 12 in FIG.
The panel consists of a rectangular panel 18, a triangular panel 20, and a triangular panel 22,
A spacing 30 is formed between panel 18 and panel 20 and a spacing 32 is formed between panel 18 and panel 22. On the other hand, the panels for the sheathing boards 14 and 16 are composed of a pentagonal panel 24, a triangular panel 26, and a triangular panel 28. A gap 36 is formed between the two.

It is preferable to make W 1 equal. In particular, when the main body of a building, for example a house, is constructed using the unit construction method, each panel is set to have the same width, for example 1800 mm, in relation to the width of the unit. On the other hand,
Each interval not only functions as an error absorbing space, but also allows a worker to enter and exit through this space during panel installation, providing convenience during panel installation, and is set to at least a width that allows the worker to enter and exit. When the main body of the house is constructed using the unit construction method, it is preferable to set the width W2 of each interval to be equal, for example, 600 mm. If the width of the interval is made uniform in this way, the connecting plates attached within this interval can be manufactured in a factory as having the same width, which further improves work efficiency.

A panel of another inclined surface and a panel located in the joining area of the inclined surface may be in line contact as shown in FIG. For example, panel 18 and panel 18, panel 2
0 and panel 26, and panel 20 and panel 24 line contact 38, 40, 42. In this case, from the viewpoint of avoiding the accumulation of errors, it is preferable that three or more panels are not combined at one location, as shown in the figure.

う。 FIGS. 4 and 5 are examples of manufacturing another panel. Since FIG. 4 is a square roof, the panels are formed as identical triangular panels 44 with intervals 46 on the same slope. Figure 5 shows a gable roof, so the panels are the same rectangular panel 4.
8, they are formed so that an interval 50 is formed on the same inclined surface. The principles for making each example are as described above.

The installation of the panels is extremely efficient, as the resulting spacing allows the operator to step onto the panels and into the roof frame. After the panels are attached, connecting plates having a size and shape that close the gaps are fabricated on-site and placed in each of the gaps. In this case, connecting plates are manufactured at each interval by matching the actual parts to absorb errors that may have occurred in the assembly of the panels. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a connecting plate 60 for the spacing 30 shown in FIG. 3 is manufactured to a size and shape compatible with the spacing 30. Thereafter, a connecting plate 60 is placed within the interval 30 and attached to the roof frame. At each interval, locally produced connecting boards were placed in the same way and attached to the roof frame, completing the laying of the roofing boards. The panels and connecting plates can be attached to the roof frame by known methods such as bolting, nailing, etc.

にできる。 According to the laying method of the present invention, since an existing panel is used as a part of the roofing board, workability can be improved. Furthermore, since the panels are manufactured so that there is a gap between adjacent panels that are to be arranged on the same slope, concentration of manufacturing errors and assembly errors in the panels can be avoided by the above-mentioned gap. I can do it. Further, even if the flatness of the mounting surface of the shedding board is impaired, the above-mentioned spacing can prevent the panel from twisting or the like. Furthermore, the spacing is such that workers can come and go.
Positioning and installation adjustment when assembling the panel can be easily done.
