〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、下水の処理を行うために設けられ
る小規模下水道処理施設における同心円形状下水
処理槽等の円形プレハブ槽の構築方法に関するも

ては、まず複数の外壁用プレハブブロツク4a
を、自身に配設されているPC鋼材6によつて緊
張連結して基礎7上にて円形状に組立てると共
に、周方向へプレストレスを与えて一体に接合し
て外壁4を形成する。(第3図〜第5図参照)
次に外壁4で囲まれた内部の基礎7上に底版8
の形成用であるコンクリートを打設する。この時
に各外壁用プレハブブロツク4aの下端部と底版
8とはアンカー部材9により接続される。(第3
図および第5図参照)
次に複数の内壁用プレハブブロツク2aを、底
版8上の中心部に後述する型枠10によつて作ら
れた溝11を利用し、底版8とアンカー支持部材
12により接続して円形状に組立てると共に、お
のおのを自身に配設した連結金具15およびボル
ト・ナツト(図示せず)によつて連結接合して内
壁2を形成する。(第6図および第7図参照)
ここでの溝11は、底版8を形成する時に、ア
ンカー支持部材12を支持具として予め取付けた
第8図に示すような型枠10によつて成形され
る。そして各内壁用プレハブブロツク2aは、型
枠10を取外し後の溝11内のアンカー支持部材
12に、第9図〜第13図に示すように内壁用プ
レハブブロツク2a下端に形成した取付け作業用
凹部13内に突出して設けられている取付け金具
