て清浄能力が著しく減退する欠点も有しており、
パチンコ店の閉店後、汚れた研磨粒をわざわざ取

とになり、清浄能力に適応した均一の洗浄化が行

成としたことによつて直立状の揚送筒の最大の弱
点であつた下方におけるパチンコ球と研磨粒導入
の困難性を、安定的にしかも大巾に向上させて直
立した揚送筒の長所を生かしながら球処理能力を
増強するとともに、球処理能力の増大化に伴つて
循環使用されて多量の球を研磨清浄しなければな
らない研磨粒は増加した処理量に対応して汚れが
さらに激しくなり研磨清浄力が減退することにな
るので有るが、揚送研磨装置ごとに装備容易な研
磨粒清浄装置を装着して、研磨粒の汚れに応じて
必要な時に、人手を要することなく、各パチンコ
島毎に簡単に清浄化して還流させることができる
ようにしたので、近年増加しているパチンコ球の
流動量に対処できる処理能力と研磨能力を兼備し

Claims (1)
る横送筒を下方にL字状に連設した揚送筒と、両
筒内に夫々各別に挿設した螺旋体を各別に回転さ
せるモーターを備え、揚送筒の上方排出口には、
パチンコ球と研磨粒を分離する選別装置を臨ませ
て、該選別装置により分離したパチンコ球はパチ
ンコ機への補給球として使用し、研磨粒を該選別
装置の排出口に連設した循環パイプによつて上記
横送筒の供給口に還流させるようにした揚送研磨
装置に、水平方向に横設した清浄外郭部に駆動モ
ーターにより回転するスクリユー部と撹拌部とを
連設した清浄回転機構を内装し、該清浄外郭部に
は内装するスクリユー部の始端部側には研磨粒の
供給口を、撹拌部の先端部側には排出口を設け、
かつ清浄外郭部には研磨粒の清浄化に伴つて発生
する粉塵を収集し、該粉塵を吸引するための集塵
口を有する外郭覆部を設け、該集塵口には吸引ホ
ースを接続して集塵装置に連接した清浄外郭部に
流入した汚れた研磨粒を回転するスクリユー部に
よつて撹拌部側に押送し、撹拌部によつて撹拌し
て研磨粒相互の擦動により清浄化する研磨粒清浄
装置を装備し、 上記清浄外郭部の排出口は上記横送筒の研磨粒
供給口と連接し、上記研磨粒を還流させる循環パ
イプには清浄循環パイプを分岐して、その下端を
上記清浄外郭部の研磨粒供給口に連設するととも
に、該両循環パイプへの研磨粒の流下を変換させ
る変流機構を設けて、必要なとき、該変流機構に
より研磨粒を研磨粒清浄装置に導入させて清浄化
して還流させるようにしたことを特徴とする研磨
