【特許請求の範囲】 1 内部にモーターにより回転する螺旋体を遊装

と、汚れた研磨粒を清浄化する研磨粒清浄部と、
研磨粒の清浄化に伴つて発生する粉塵を空気の吸
引流によつて集塵除去する吸引集塵器とからなる
研磨粒清浄装置へ導入して汚れた研磨粒を清浄化
したのちに還流させる清浄循環パイプとを設け
て、両循環パイプによる研磨粒の流下を変流機構
により必要な時に選択して還流できるようにし、 上記した研磨粒清浄部は、その主要な構成を水
平方向に横設した清浄外郭部と、該清浄外郭部に
内装する軸部を有し螺旋状に形成したスクリユー
部と、該スクリユー部に攪拌部を一体的に連設し
た清浄回転部材とにより構成して駆動モーターに
より清浄回転部材を回転させるようにし、該清浄
外郭部には内装したスクリユー部の始端部側に研
磨粒の供給口を設けるとともに攪拌部の先端部側
に排出口を設け、該供給口から流入する研磨粒を
上記清浄回転部材のスクリユー部の回転によつて
攪拌部側へ押送し、攪拌部側に押送された研磨粒
を攪拌部の回転により攪拌して研磨粒相互を擦動
させることにより清浄化させるとともに、研磨粒
相互の擦動により発生する粉塵を上記吸引集塵器
による吸引流によつて集塵除去させるようにした
