を該セツト治具に搭載したナツトランナで締付け
るようにしたクランクシヤフト組付装置を提案し
た。

設け、更に該セツト治具に先端にナツトをセツト
自在なソケツトと、該昇降台に、これに連動して
昇降動自在で且該昇降台に対し昇降動自在な取付
板を介して該ソケツトに接続自在なナツトランナ
とを設けたことを特徴とする。

昇降台4のナツトスリーブ4aに螺挿し、該螺杆
9を回転駆動するモータ10により該昇降台4に

とし、該セツト治具の上昇により該コンロツドの
大端部に該クランクシヤフトのピン部を当接させ
ると共に、該コンロツドキヤツプのボルト孔に該
大端部のコンロツドボルトを挿入させてこれにナ
ツトを締付けるようにしたクランクシヤフト組付
装置において、該機枠に該コンロツドの垂下方向
の中心線が該ピストンの軸線に合致するように該
コンロツドをピストンピンの軸方向に動かす位置
合せ手段を設け、更に該セツト治具に先端にナツ
トをセツト自在なソケツトと、該昇降台に、これ
に連動して昇降動自在で且該昇降台に対し昇降動
自在な取付板を介して該ソケツトに接続自在なナ
ツトランナとを設けたことを特徴とするクランク
シヤフト組付装置。
