シリンダブロツクAのシリンダボアの軸線方向即

3図に明示する如く、夫々ばね19で上方に付勢
して設けると共に、該各ソケツト18の先端にピ
ン20をばね21に抗して下方に没入自在に突設
し、コンロツドキヤツプEをこれのボルト孔に該
各ピン20を挿入して該各ソケツト18の先端部
に位置決め保持自在とした。従つて、クランクシ
ヤフトD及びコンロツドキヤツプEをセツト治具
13を介して可動台4にセツトし得るようにし
た。又、上記可動台4の直下に取付板22を前記
機枠2に垂設した図示しないレールに沿つて昇降
動自在に設け、該取付板22に、セツト治具13
のソケツト18の駆動軸18aに係脱自在な先端
の凹部23aを有するナツトランナ23の複数を
垂設し、該取付板22に取付けたドツキングシリ
ンダ24のピストンロツドを該可動台4に連結し
て、該取付板22に該ドツキング24の作動によ
る該可動台4に対する昇降動と、該可動台4の昇
降動に連動した動きとが与えられるようにした。

に、コンロツド付きのピストンを挿着したシリン
ダブロツクを該組付ステーシヨンに定置して、該
可動台にクランクシヤフトを弾力的に支承させる
と共にコンロツドキヤツプをセツトし、該可動台
をシリンダボアの軸線方向に沿つて該シリンダブ
ロツクのスカート部側に前進させて、該コンロツ
ドの大端部に該クランクシヤフトのピン部を当接
させ、該コンロツドキヤツプのボルト孔に該大端
部のコンロツドボルトを挿入させてこれにナツト
を締付けるようにしたクランクシヤフト組付方法
において、該可動台を前進させて、先ず該大端部
に該ピン部を当接させ、該ボルト孔に該コンロツ
ドボルトを挿入させてこれに該ナツトを仮締め
し、次いで該可動台を更に前進させて該シリンダ
ブロツクの軸支部に該クランクシヤフトのジヤー
ナル部を当接させ、この状態で該ナツトを本締め
するようにしたことを特徴とするクランクシヤフ
ト組付方法。
