However, in such a device, as shown in FIG. 4, when the surface of the object 1 to be coated has grooves 2 or other irregularities, or there are notches 3 at the corners, the rollers 4 move over these grooves. It has the disadvantage that it cannot be applied to the areas where it is painted, resulting in unpainted areas.

Similar to the above-mentioned spraying method, there is a risk that paint containing an organic solvent will scatter into the air due to the rotation of the brush, and since the brush paints while drawing a circular arc, it may cause damage to the grooves 2, notches 3, etc. There were drawbacks such as the side surfaces not being painted evenly.

First, the groove 11 present in the sheet member 10 in FIG.
and the positions of notches 12 and 13. Then, slide the brush fixing members 27a to 27c on the brush support rod 25 to position the painting brushes 26a to 26c near the upper portions of the grooves 11 and notches 12 and 13. 26c is positioned and fixed to the brush support rod 25 using the tightening knob 32 shown in FIG. Also, arm 34
After raising and lowering, the tightening knob 35 is tightened to perform positioning in the height direction. Furthermore, painting brush 2
The angle of the tips of 6a to 26c is determined by the angle of the pivot shaft 37 (second
This is determined by rotating the brush body 36 around the figure. The paint discharge pipe 39 is connected to the brush body 36
Therefore, when the inclination angle of the brush body 36 is changed, the inclination angle of the paint discharge tube 39 is also changed accordingly, and paint can always be supplied to the front of the brush 26a.

When moving in the direction of arrow A, paint is continuously drawn from the tip 40 of the paint discharge pipe 39 into the groove 11 and the notch 1.
2,13. And sheet member 1
As the paint moves, the paint brushes 26a to 26c in contact with the surface of the sheet member 10 apply the paint to the surfaces of the grooves 11 and the notches 12 and 13. When painting of one sheet member 10 is completed,
Other sheet members are introduced one after another and similar processing is performed. Before and after painting process and painting brush 26a

It is possible to paint the flat parts before the above-mentioned treatment, but if painting with a brush, the grooves 11 and notches 1
The paint may spill out from the parts 2 and 13 onto the surrounding flat parts, so in order to flatten them, it is desirable to paint the flat parts after this treatment. Further, if a paint receiver (not shown) is provided on the floor below the painting brushes 26a to 26c, contamination by leaked paint can be prevented.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3a, the paint discharge pipe 39
The tip of the brush body 36 can be placed adjacent to the painting brush 26a to supply paint onto the painting brush 26a, or as shown in FIG. It can also be supplied onto the painting brush 26a from the inside of the painting brush 26a. More simply, as shown in FIG. may be supplied to Furthermore, it is not essential that the tip of the paint supply mechanism be adjacent to the brush; for example, as shown in FIG. 3d, the tip of the paint supply mechanism may be supported separately from the painting brush 26a using a support rod 43. , it is also possible to supply the paint at any position in front of the brush.

It is sufficient if a certain amount of movement is achieved. Furthermore, the same treatment is possible for objects to be coated, not only sheet members but also wire rods and others. There are no particular limitations on the shape of the brush or the configuration of the paint supply mechanism.

題なく対処することができる。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the coating device of the present invention includes a plurality of rows of brushes arranged at predetermined intervals around a rotatably supported rotation shaft, and
One row of the brushes arranged in a row is used for painting, and the other row is used for backup, and while the painting brush is in contact with the surface of the object to be painted, the brushes for painting and the object to be painted are The paint is supplied to a predetermined position in front of the brush during painting in the direction of movement, or directly to the brush during painting, so that it can be applied to grooves and notches on the surface of the object to be painted. Painting can be done extremely efficiently without causing environmental problems due to paint scattering as with spraying or rotating brush methods. Moreover, by simply rotating the rotating shaft, multiple painting brushes can be applied. Since you can replace the spare brushes all at once, during painting, the solvent in the paint evaporates, the paint adhering to the brush dries, and the paint becomes more solidified, allowing for stable painting to continue. Even if there is a risk of difficulties, you can deal with them without any problems.
