りその熱気の熱を吸収し、プレートから放射する
赤外線によつても調理容器を加熱するようにした
ところに特徴を有する。

り、これは、この場合上部プレート7と下部プレ
ート8とから構成されていて、これらは共にセラ

ート7と下部プレート8との間に調理容器3の底
部に沿つた熱気通路13を形成している。14は
調理容器3の下方において赤外線ガスバーナ5の
反対側に位置させて外板1の後側下部に設けた排
気口で、熱気通路13後部と外部とを連通してい
る。15は断熱材で、外板1の周壁部下部の内面
側及び底壁部の内面側に夫々設けられている。

も極力防止することができる。加えて、赤外線ガ
スバーナ5の排気を後部の排気口14から行うよ
うにしているから、その排気が使用者に当たるよ
うなことがなく、排気による火傷等を防止でき
る。
