<Conventional technology> In recent years, consumer needs have diversified in the clothing product field.
It is becoming necessary to respond to the diversification of small lots, and in particular, to respond to multi-color and quick delivery, even at the clothing manufacturing stage, the conventional method of sewing raw dyed fabrics has been changed to sewing bleached fabrics. A method of dyeing has been studied and partially implemented. This kind of product dyeing is carried out using, for example, a paddle dyeing machine, but the product is put into the dyeing machine as is and no measures are taken to maintain its shape, so wrinkles etc. may occur during dyeing. Changes in shape, dimensions, etc. occur, which often directly affects the quality of the product. For this reason, it takes time and effort to iron and shape the dyed product.

The present inventors have considered attaching the product to a frame and dyeing it in order to dye the sewn clothing without losing its shape or changing dimensions. It has been found that the relationship between the frame, the product, and the dye solution is important so that the dye solution flows relatively uniformly and does not cause uneven dyeing, and the above objective is fully achieved.

That is, in the present invention, first, the frame for maintaining the shape of clothing is attached radially in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rotating shaft or the frame in the dyeing vat, and the dyed material sewn thereon is When clothing is attached and the rotating shaft and frame are rotated, the clothing attached to the frame cuts through the dye liquid, in other words, the dye liquid flows between the surfaces of the clothing held by the frame. It is processed so that it flows, and the dye solution is always stirred uniformly. Therefore, a fresh dye solution is always supplied to the object to be dyed, and uniform dyeing becomes possible. Moreover, the resistance of the dye solution against the object to be dyed is small, and the object to be dyed, which is held under tension, can be processed without being unduly rubbed, stretched, or folded. Even if the dye solution is at a high temperature, wrinkles and folds will not be set. Furthermore, in the apparatus of the present invention, in order to dye uniformly, the object to be dyed is repeatedly immersed in the dye solution and pulled up from the dye solution, and the dye solution in the object to be dyed can be exchanged smoothly. make it possible to do so. In addition to using the rotating mechanism for the object to be dyed as described above, this means also sets the amount of dye liquid filled into the dyeing vat to 1/3 to 1/2 of the capacity of the vat, so that the object to be dyed is always dyed. It is desirable to control it so that it does not exist in the liquid.
Furthermore, in order to forcibly supply the dye liquid to the object to be dyed, it is desirable to spray the dye liquid onto the object to be dyed and circulate it.

Furthermore, the frame on which the object to be dyed used in the present invention is attached must have good liquid permeability, and for this reason, the frame must be made of a perforated plate (or mesh body) with a large pore area. Either made or formed from the striatum. The frame preferably has a shape that conforms to the outer shape of the clothing and slightly tensions the object to be dyed. Further, although this frame may be fixed to the rotating shaft or the like, it is generally preferable that it is removably attached to the rotating shaft or the like.

FIG. 1 is an example cross-sectional view of the apparatus of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view. Frames 3 for retaining the shape of clothing to be dyed are supported radially in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axial direction, and these frames 3 are provided in multiple rows. The dyeing pot contains 1/3 to 1/3 of its capacity.
1/2 of the dye liquid is filled, and by rotating the rotating shaft 2,
The objects to be dyed placed in each frame 3 are repeatedly immersed in the dye liquid and pulled up from the dye liquid, and the dye liquid in the objects to be dyed is constantly exchanged smoothly to achieve uniform dyeing. The intervals between the frames 3 do not need to be wide, and the objects to be dyed may be in contact with each other or in some cases may be pressed against each other, but depending on the thickness of the objects to be dyed, the intervals may be slightly larger. You may try to keep it.

Furthermore, in the illustrated apparatus, more uniform dyeing is possible by circulating the dye solution in the pot via the pump 4 and heat exchanger 5 and injecting it from the rotary shaft 2 which is hollow and porous. This dye liquid spraying means may be separately provided in the upper part of the pot.

FIG. 3 shows a preferred example of fixing the clothing form retaining frame 3 to the rotating shaft 2. It has a structure in which the base 3' of the frame 3 is fitted. According to this structure, the frame body 3 can be easily removed. This structure can be arbitrarily selected such as a plug-in type or a screw type. Also, Figure 4 shows the rotating frame 1.
2 shows an example in which a clothing form retaining frame 3 is integrated with 2.

In the present invention, in order to set the clothing to be dyed in the dyeing device, after attaching the clothing to each frame 3, either fix it to the rotating shaft or frame, or leave each frame supported on the rotating shaft or frame. This is done by taking out the clothes from the pot, attaching the clothes to each frame 3, and putting them back into the pot.

When using the device as a high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine,
It is necessary that the pot can withstand pressurized hot water of about 140°C or higher. Also, the rotation of the object to be dyed is
The rate should be about 0.5 to 20 times/min, and it should be noted that if it is less than 0.5 times/min, it is difficult to obtain a uniform dyeing effect, and if it is more than 20 times/min, problems such as fuzz will occur.

<Functions and Effects> When the dyeing apparatus of the present invention is used, the clothing to be dyed can be processed smoothly in the dye solution with little resistance while maintaining its shape, and it is also possible to replace the dye solution in the product. Because it is done evenly and smoothly, the dyeing is uniform and there are no wrinkles, bends, or twists. Therefore, even clothing made of polyester fibers can be dyed at high temperature and high pressure, and the range of applications for product dyeing of clothing can be expanded.

Furthermore, after dyeing, it is possible to take out the product in its frame or together with the rotating shaft, pre-dry it as it is, and then set it for finishing, which simplifies the process compared to conventional product dyeing methods.
