is attached to the tube plate 3 by a method such as tube expansion.
There are water chambers 4 at both ends of the heat exchanger, and the fluid flows through the water chambers 4.
The water flows into the tube, passes through the tube 2, and flows out from the water chamber on the opposite side. Storage containers 5 are attached to both ends of the tube 2 by adhesive or tube expansion.
A tube cleaning material 6 is stored inside. 1st
In the figure, since the flow direction of the fluid in the tube is rightward in the drawing, the cleaning material 6 is stored in the container 5 on the right side. The fluid flows from the left side to the right side as shown by the arrow in the figure, flows from the tube 2 to the container 5 on the right side of the tube, and flows out into the water chamber 4 on the right side through the small holes 51 and 52 of the container. (The structure on the left side of the heat exchanger is the same as the right side and is not shown.) By switching a valve (not shown) connected to the inlet and outlet of the water chamber of the heat exchanger, the flow direction can be reversed to the left. For example, the cleaning material 6 is pushed out of the container by the fluid that enters from the small hole 52 at the right end of the container 5 and is pushed into the tube 2.
The fluid enters the tube 2 from behind, and while cleaning the inner wall of the tube, it is transferred to and held in a container similarly installed in the water chamber (not shown) on the opposite side.

However, it was difficult to replace it if it were to be replaced. In addition, since the container is inserted and fixed into the inner surface of the tube, the flow path is reduced by the thickness of the insertion portion of the container, which increases the flow velocity and increases water head loss, causing erosion corrosion.

With this method, the cleaning material can be replaced, but the main body of the container can be glued or expanded. However, the disadvantages of gluing and tube expansion cannot be avoided, especially when there are a large number of tubes.

つていない。 These methods have the advantage that the storage container can be installed more securely and with higher reliability than the prior art described above, but they do
As described in line 4 of the lower right column, the holding plate 7 and the tube sheet 3 are separated, so a pool of liquid occurs between them, and in order to eliminate this pooling, the holding plate 7 has the drawbacks that the structure is restricted, which increases the cost, and that it is not possible to reliably eliminate the pooling of liquid, which causes troubles such as corrosion of the tube seat caused by the pooling of liquid. In addition, since there is a gap between the tube sheet and the holding plate, when tightening the holding plate 7 to the tube sheet 3 with the bolts 8, care must be taken not to bend the plate due to over tightening. There was a drawback that great care was required to maintain the end portion 55 of the container 5 inserted into the opening of the container 3 with uniform pressure. In addition, since the end of the storage container 5 is connected to the inner surface of the tube in a nested manner, the disadvantages such as corrosion due to erosion due to the reduction of the flow path and increased water head loss, as described above, are eliminated. Not yet.

In this case, there is no problem after it is attached to the tube sheet (tube sheet) 3. When connecting to the tube sheet 3, if the shoulder side 55 of the tubular protrusion 54 of the storage container is facing downward, the storage container 5 will be retained. It has the disadvantage that it comes off from the plate 7, and requires great care during installation.
