すると共に、該拡散板の下方に拡散室を存して多
数の吹出孔を穿設した吹出板を固定し、そして整
流室下面の底面板にガイドパイプの上部を密に貫
挿固定し、且ガイドパイプの下部を拡散板の中央
部に貫挿固定し、且ガイドパイプの垂直下面の吹
出板に透孔を穿設し、前記ガイドパイプに下端に
掛止凹溝を設けた調整ボルトが、その下方部に周
設された凹溝にOリングを装置して嵌挿され、且
調整ボルトの先端は、整流室上方において両側よ
り内方へ突設された保持板の中央に連結された軸
支板上に固定したベアリングに貫通して回転自在
に軸支されると共に、前記軸支板下面の調整ボル
トには固定ナツトが螺挿され、整流室の内周壁面
に対設されたガイド板に係合するスリツトを夫々

状フイルターによつて濾過されて清浄空気となつ
て拡散板、吹出板を経て、クリーンルームへ風速
分布を均一にして排気され、従来の如くフイルタ
ーに空気の偏流による目詰りがなく、フイルター
