を目的としてなされたもので、その構成として、
本発明は、所定形状に成型された軽量気泡コンク
リートパネルを加熱プレート上へ置いて加熱養生
を行なうと同時に、前記加熱プレート上に予め置
かれたセラミツク原紛を、上記軽量気泡コンクリ
ート表面に溶着せそしめることを特徴とするもの

ない、ひび割れの発生を防止するため、適量の水
を供給する。その際、前記雰囲気中の温度は通常
のオートクレーブ養生と同じく、約180℃に保つ
ことが望ましい。なお、加熱時の加圧は必要に応

水性が低く、従つて、耐水性が良好で、しかも汚
れの付着しにくいものが得られる。更に、上記の
如く表面にセラミツク原粉を溶着していることか
ら、従来のALC板に比較して、表情のある外観
が得られ、外観表情の重要視される玄関脇の外壁
パネル等に最適であり、かつ、養生と同時に表情
付けを行なうこともできる効果がある。なお、軽
量で断熱性に優れているというALC板本来の長
