Reference numeral 1 is a spring board, in which both ends of a single spring board are bent respectively, a plurality of insertion holes are arranged in parallel, and slits 4 and 5 are cut. This structure constitutes a series of terminal bodies that enable individual connection of a plurality of wire terminals 14. Reference numeral 2 denotes a resilient piece, and when the wire terminal 14 is inserted through the inner hole 7 from the mouth opening 11, its tip contacts the groove 9 of the push-open conductive wave plate 8, is guided, and is inserted vertically into the resilient part. 15 and the elastic piece 2 for pressing so that its tip bites into the wire terminal 14, and the upper part of the elastic part 15 contacts the reinforcing wall 3 in order to further reinforce the durability of the pressing force. Supported. Reference numeral 3 denotes a reinforcing wall, in which a plurality of guide holes 7 are arranged in a row at the same intervals on the upper plane of the bent spring substrate 1 shown in the drawings, and its tip is bent downward, and the elastic portion 15 and the elastic An elastic part 15 is provided to reinforce the springiness of the moving piece 2.
The distal end portion of the reinforcing wall 3 contacts and supports the reinforcing wall 3, thereby reinforcing the weakening of the pressing force. 4 is a slit, and the bent part of the reinforcing wall 3 is slit to match the number of guide holes 7, and it is made to have a little elasticity so that unnecessary pressing force is not applied to the spring board 1. There is no need to provide this slit 4. 5 is a slit, which completely separates the bottom of the spring board 1 from the tip of the elastic piece 2, so that a series of constituent parts of each elastic part 15, each elastic piece 2, and each inclined wall part 6 can be separated individually for each terminal. Separate it so that elastic pressure acts on it. Reference numeral 6 denotes a diagonal wall portion, which is formed to be obliquely deep and narrow so that the tip of the wire terminal 14 inserted deep into the internal hole 12 comes into pressure contact with the groove portion 9;
Furthermore, the spring board 1 is inserted through the opening 11 of the cap 10.
It also has the feature of being easy to insert when inserting it into the internal hole 12. Reference numeral 7 denotes a guide hole, in which a necessary number of holes are arranged in a row, and the circular part 16 of the mouth opening 11, the elastic piece 2, and the groove part 9 are located in a straight line, and the wire end 14 is inserted vertically into the groove part. The wire end 14 inserted through the guide hole 9 and the guide hole 7 is fixed by pressure contact. Reference numeral 8 denotes a conductive wave plate, each having a guide hole 7 and a groove 9 at a vertical position.
are arranged side by side and fixed between the elastic piece 2 and the inner wall of the spring substrate 1 on the inner walls on both sides of the narrow internal hole 12. 10
A cap is made of an insulating material, and the terminal is inserted through the opening 11 immediately after being heated and softened in the terminal insertion process. Reference numeral 11 denotes a mouth opening, which is formed into a circular part 16 in accordance with the number of guide holes 7, and whose inner part is narrower. Reference numeral 12 denotes an internal hole into which the spring substrate 1 containing the conductive wave plate 8 is inserted and covered with an insulating cover. Reference numeral 13 denotes an upper wall, which encloses both corners of the spring substrate 1 on both sides of the entrance of the inner hole 12 to prevent it from coming off. 14 is a wire terminal. Reference numeral 15 denotes an elastic part, which is the base of the elastic piece 2 and also performs an elastic action together with the elastic piece 2, and is provided with an inclined wall part 6, insertion walls 18, 19, or a protrusion part 20 at the lower part, respectively. It is configured to press the tip of the wire terminal 14. 16 is a circular opening, and the opening 11 is formed into a circular shape to match the electric wire 17. 18,1
Reference numeral 9 denotes an insertion wall, which is a part of the different spring substrates 1. When inserting a thin wire end 14, it is inserted between the insertion wall 18 and the groove 9, and when inserting a thick wire end 14, the insertion wall is inserted. 19 and the groove 9 to ensure electrical conduction. Reference numeral 20 denotes a protrusion of a different spring board 1. The protrusion 20 is formed with the lower part of the elastic part 15 facing the inner wall of the spring board 1, and the tip of the wire terminal 14 is located between the protrusion 20 and the groove 9. Insert and connect. Note that the difference in the outer diameter of the wire terminal 14 between thick and thin is automatically adjusted and pressed by the spring properties.

This has the effect that each wire end 14 is pushed individually by each portion divided by the slit 5 of the elastic piece 2, thereby achieving a stable conductive state.

In the case of 4, in the initial stage when the wire end 14 is inserted, the elastic piece 2 is moved back by the inserted wire end 14 and the elastic part 15 is also moved back, so the insertion of the wire end 14 should be started lightly. This has the effect of preventing the thin end of the wire from buckling.On the other hand, in the case of a thick end of the wire, after the elastic portion 15 is retracted together with the elastic piece 2 as described above, their mutual folding is prevented. The curved connecting portion comes into contact with the reinforcing wall 3, and the base of the elastic piece 2 is supported by the reinforcing wall 3. As a result, the tip of the elastic piece 2 is strongly pressed against the wire terminal 14. This has the effect of allowing large currents to pass through.
