接し得るよう位置させ、その先端が電線端末14
を電導波板12の案内溝13に圧接すると共にそ
の先端が電線に喰い込むように係止し抜け止め作
用をし、柔軟性と大きい弾性により軽るく差込作
業が容易であると共に無理の無い圧接をするため
太い電線と細い電線を交互に再使用を繰り返して
も圧接力が低下することなく、さらに、材料の使
用量においては、持出部1cのバネ条の中間を繰
り抜いた状態で構成するため増量皆無であり、し
かも加工については、上部スリツト10及び下部
スリツト11のスリツト加工と同時に一挙に成形
可能なため工程の増加も皆無である。4は突起部
であり、夫々の持出部1cの下方に設け電線端末
14の先端部を強力に圧接する。5は上部弾動片
であり、夫々の持出部1cの先方を折返し内包金
具1の内壁21に向けて斜め下方にその先端を位
置させ、上記の下部弾動片2と同様に作用効果を
有する。6は支持壁であり、案内孔9の先端を折
返し部7を包み込むように外側から支持し持出部
1cを支持固定させる。7は折返し部であり、持
出部1cの先端部分を内包金具1の内側に向けて
折曲形成し上部弾動片5を構成する。8は案内段
であり、絶縁キヤツプ15の内包穴17にその口
開部から内包金具1を挿入する場合その内壁面に
支持壁6の先端が摺り合つて挿通を妨げないよう

案内すると共に断面円形の電線端末14に添い接
触面積を多くするため円形に形成されているが、
溝を形成していれば円形に限定する必要はない。
15は絶縁キヤツプであり、内包金具1を絶縁包
被するもので、その包被の形状、方法、材質等は
任意でよい。16は案内キヤツプであり、任意の
絶縁材を用い電線端末14の案内と使用後の電線
の支持と絶縁をする。17は内包穴であり、絶縁
キヤツプ15の奥に形成し内包金具1を内包す
る。18は差込口であり、案内キヤツプ16に並
設した孔。19は止段であり、内包金具1及び案
内キヤツプ16を係止するものである。20は係
止部であり、案内キヤツプの先端部分を突起形成
し止段19に嵌り込んで係止する。22は検電孔
であり、電導波板12の下部の位置に設け、この
孔に検電針を差込んで調べる。
