It is already known to have a so-called pocket for storing coins, small items, etc. on the outside or inside of the cloth, which is made by sewing or pasting a ground sole made of rubber or synthetic resin onto the cloth. Among these, those with pockets attached to the outside are not very common because they often come into contact with other objects or rub against them while being worn, and they also spoil the appearance.

On the other hand, conventional underground toilets with pockets attached on the inside do not have these defects, but they do have the following problems. In other words, as shown in Figure 1, the conventional pocket is formed by overlapping the pocket fabric on the thumb side lining fabric and sewing the three peripheries, so the pocket does not come into direct contact with the shin. Not only does the contents give a feeling of pressure to the foot and damage the skin, but in order to take the contents in and out, remove the kohaze, separate the gusset part of the foot cloth from the foot, and pull the thumb side foot cloth away from the foot. Since the opening of the pocket on the back side is exposed for the first time, it is inconvenient to put in and take out coins and other contents.Furthermore, when making the pocket, the circumference of the pocket cloth must be folded inward. It was necessary to iron it, overlap it with the lining fabric, and sew everything except the opening, which was a serious disadvantage as it required a considerable amount of time and effort to manufacture.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional underground bags with pockets, making it convenient to put in and take out the contents, and even when a relatively large amount of contents is put in, the pockets do not directly touch the feet, causing a feeling of pressure on the feet. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new underground cabinet with pockets in which the formation of the pockets is extremely easy. That is, in the present invention, the outer fabric in the gusset part is composed of two layers, the inner and outer layers, and both outer fabrics are sewn together at a portion corresponding to the bottom edge forming the pocket, and one side edge of the outer fabric is sewn together. is sewn to the lining fabric at the edge where the flap is attached, and the other side edge is sewn to the sewn edge of the gusset part of the main body of the fabric, and is further sewn to the upper edge of the outer outer fabric that forms the opening edge of the pocket. The invention relates to a pocket-equipped basement which is characterized in that an opening is formed in at least a portion thereof, and by adopting such a configuration, the above object is achieved. Note that the inside and outside of the outer fabric is based on the finished state, and in this state, the inner outer fabric near the foot is the inner outer fabric, and the other outer fabric is the outer outer fabric.

In general underground fabric, the outer fabric at the gusset part and the lining fabric, which is narrower in width than the gusset by the seam allowance, are stacked face-to-face. Turn it inside out so as to cover it, sewn the upper and lower edges to form a gusset part, and insert and sew the constructed gusset part into the side edge of the main body of the cloth, which is stacked face-up. The cloth is made by turning the cloth body inside out. The present invention focuses on this gusset and attempts to form a pocket using this gusset. The outer fabric of this area is composed of two layers, an inner and outer layer, and both outer fabrics are sewn at a portion corresponding to the bottom edge of the pocket. Use what you wear. The gusset part is formed from this outer cloth in almost the same manner as for ordinary underground clothes, and is further sewn to the main body of the cloth, thereby providing pockets on the outside of the gusset part. Therefore, in the pocket according to the present invention, the bottom edge is formed by sewing the inner and outer fabrics, and one side edge is sewn to the lining fabric at the edge where the flap is attached, and the other side edge is sewn to the inner and outer fabrics. Since it is sewn at the sewn edges of the gusset part of the main body of the cloth, at least both side edges can also be used for sewing in general underground sewing, and there is no need to go to the trouble of sewing to attach a pocket.
The finished product is extremely good, and the amount of work involved can be greatly reduced.

The upper edge of the outer outer fabric that forms the opening edge of the pocket may be positioned near the upper edge of the gusset so that both edges are almost on the same line, or it may be positioned slightly lower than the upper edge. Alternatively, a portion of the upper edge of the outer outer fabric may be sewn closed, and the remaining opening may be provided at an angle from the upper edge.
Furthermore, a lid can be provided at the edge of the pocket opening, but this can be done by cutting the upper part of the inner outer fabric into a long piece twice the width of the lid, folding it at the edge of the pocket opening, and sewing it. Very easy to configure. In addition,
The upper edge of the outer outer fabric that forms the opening edge of the pocket is
It can be folded to an appropriate length toward the inside of the pocket, and the folded portion can be sewn along the opening edge if necessary.

The inner and outer outer fabrics may have almost the same length as the gusset, but the fabric below the bottom edge of any of the pockets may be cut and omitted. Even if the inner outer fabric is short, the inner and outer outer fabrics are sewn together near the line corresponding to the bottom edge of the pocket, and the shorter outer fabric is folded upward and sewn to the gusset, or the same method is used. They may be overlapped in the same direction and sewn along a line corresponding to the bottom edge of the pocket, and sewn to the gusset as described above.

Figure 2 shows an example in which the length of the inner outer fabric of the gusset is shortened and the pocket opening is provided near the upper edge of the gusset. A short inner outer fabric 2 is overlapped at a position between the fabric 1 and the gusset lining fabric 5, and the gusset outer fabric is sewn at a portion 3 corresponding to the bottom edge of the pocket. Apply the gusset outer fabric in this state to the gusset lining fabric 5, which is narrower than the outer fabric by the folded width 4, and align the sewing sides of the outer fabrics 1 and 2 with the main body 9 of the gusset. Layer them together and attach them to one edge of the gusset by intervening the kohaze 6 at equal intervals between the outer fabric and the lining of the gusset, then sew the upper and lower edges of the gusset, then turn it over and sew the upper and lower edges of the gusset. The edges are sewn 7 to form a gusset, which is then sewn 8 to the main body 9 of the cloth according to a conventional method, thus obtaining an underground jacket having pockets A. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, when sewing the upper edge, a part 10 of the upper edge of the outer outer fabric 1 is sewn to the upper edge of the lining fabric, and the remaining part 11 is folded diagonally inward to open it. A basement is obtained with a pocket A having a diagonal opening.

In Figure 4, the outer outer fabric 1 is shortened to form a pocket forming piece, which is sewn to the middle of the inner outer fabric 2, and the upper edge 1' of the outer outer fabric 1 is folded toward the inner outer fabric 2 to form a pocket A. This figure shows another example in which . However, in this case, the outer outer fabric 1 and the inner outer fabric 2 are sewn 3 while facing each other at the bottom of the pocket, as shown in FIG. 5, and the outer outer fabric 1 is folded upward to form a pocket part. However, it goes without saying that the lengths of the inner and outer fabrics 1 and 2 may be reversed to create the same sewing condition as in FIG. 2.

6A and 6B and C show the case where the lid 12 is attached to the pocket opening. In this case, the upper part of the inner outer cloth 2 is made longer by twice the depth 12' of the lid 12. However, if the inner outer fabric 2 is folded and sewn above the opening when sewing the gusset portion, the lid 12 can be constructed extremely easily. In any case, if the upper edge of the opening of the outer outer fabric 1 is folded back by an appropriate width toward the inside of the pocket A, the stored coins, etc. will be prevented from escaping from the pocket A by being blocked by this folded part. can be prevented.

Although the main cases of the embodiment of the present invention have been described above, changes such as increasing the length of the inner and outer fabrics, changing the opening position, and changing the presence or absence of a lid are applicable to any case as appropriate. It is possible.

As can be understood from the above explanation, the underground bag according to the present invention utilizes the outer surface of the gusset portion to attach a pocket here, and the outer surface of the gusset portion is composed of two layers, the inner and outer layers, and the outer surface of the gusset portion is composed of two layers, the outer and outer layers. The cloth is sewn on at the bottom of the pocket, and the edges on both sides are sewn together to serve as the sewn edges of the kohaze and the sewn parts of the main body of the cloth, so it is especially difficult to sew the edges on both sides. It is streamlined and the work is greatly reduced, and the pocket has a neat and well-finished form, and since the pocket is provided on the outer surface of the gusset, it is easy to take out the contents. Since it is located on the inside of the foot, it has the advantage of less contact with other objects, and the pocket part is located on the outside of the kohaze hanging thread, so it does not come into direct contact with the foot, preventing pressure damage to the foot. It has no noticeable effect.
