DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a pocket-equipped basement, and more particularly to a pocket-equipped basement that saves fabric, is easy to manufacture, and has a good appearance.

It is already known to have a so-called pocket for storing coins, small items, etc. on the outside or inside of the cloth, which is made of a cloth with a ground sole made of rubber or synthetic resin sewn or pasted thereon. Among these, those with pockets attached to the outside are not very common because they often come into contact with other objects or rub against them while being worn, and they also spoil the appearance.

On the other hand, those with pockets attached on the inside do not have these defects, but they do have the following problems. That is, in the conventional case, as shown in Fig. 1, the pocket cloth piece R is superimposed on the thumb side lining cloth A, and the third
Since the pocket is formed by sewing the periphery of the pocket, not only does the pocket come into direct contact with the shin, causing a feeling of pressure on the foot and damaging the skin, but it also requires a barrier to get the contents in and out. The opening of the pocket in the lining fabric is exposed only after the gusset of the removable fabric is removed from the foot and the thumb side fabric is pulled away from the foot, which is inconvenient for putting in and taking out coins and other contents. Yes, and when making the pocket, fold the pocket cloth inward and iron it.
This had to be layered on a lining cloth and sewn all the way except for the opening, which had a serious disadvantage in that it required a considerable amount of time and effort to manufacture.

For this reason, the present applicant has formed a pocket part on the inside of the gusset by using the gusset part of the underground belt, and has sewn both sides of the pocket part at the attachment edge of the gusset part and the bottom attachment edge, thereby significantly reducing the suture work. to facilitate production,
We have already proposed an underground cabinet with pockets that also has an excellent appearance (Patent No. 1046831). However, in this case, the pocket is made up of two inner and outer lining fabrics, and the outer fabric makes the pocket a three-layer structure, which slightly affects the fit and flexibility of the pocket. The problem remained that the cost of fabric increased considerably.

The present invention aims to improve the problems of the above-mentioned conventional pocket-equipped underground cabinet and the above-mentioned pocket-equipped underground cabinet proposed by the present applicant. That is, the present invention divides the outer fabric in the gusset part of the basement, which is composed of an outer fabric and a lining fabric, into upper and lower halves, and separates the lower edge of the upper outer fabric and the upper edge of the lower outer fabric. An opening is formed, and one side edge of the upper and lower outer fabrics is sewn with the sewn edge of the gusset part, and the other side edge is sewn with the edge of the gusset. By having such a configuration, the above purpose will be achieved.

In general underground fabric, the outer fabric at the gusset and the inner fabric, which is narrower in width than the seam allowance, are stacked face-to-face, and on one side edge of the gusset area, the kohaze is lined up at regular intervals and sewn, and the outer fabric is sewn. Turn it inside out so as to cover the seam allowance, sewn the top and bottom edges to form a gusset part, and insert this sewn gusset part into the side edge of the main body of the cloth which is overlapped with the front facing side. The cloth is sewn together and the cloth itself is turned inside out to form the cloth. The present invention focuses on this gusset part and attempts to form a pocket using this gusset part, and the outer fabric making up the gusset part is divided into upper and lower halves, the lower edge of the upper outer fabric and the upper edge of the lower outer fabric. The opening is formed so that the two sides are substantially in contact with each other, or the opening is formed so that the upper edge of the lower outer fabric overlaps the lower edge of the upper outer fabric. And 2
The divided outer fabric and other lining fabric are used to form a gusset part in the same manner as conventional underground fabrics, and are further sewn to the main body of the gusset, thus providing a pocket on the outside of the gusset part. It is something. Therefore, in the pocket of the present invention, an opening is provided in the outer fabric, and a pocket is formed between the outer fabric and the lining fabric in which a storage section is formed. The opening of this pocket is formed so that the lower edge of the upper outer fabric and the upper edge of the lower outer fabric substantially touch each other as described above, but the edges may be left cut or may be folded back and sewn together. Also, the opening may be made so that the upper edge of the lower outer fabric overlaps the lower edge of the upper outer fabric, but in this way, even when this part is opened, the opposing outer fabric or lining fabric will not be visible. It does not spoil the appearance and does not impede the movement of stored items in and out. In addition,
One side edge of this pocket is sewn with the sewn edge of the gusset part, and the other side edge is sewn with the bottom edge of the pocket. Since it is sewn, the bottom edge of the pocket can be used as is by using the lower seam. When the opening of the pocket is set upward, the distance to the binding stitch is long and the depth of the pocket is too deep. Therefore, it is possible to sew at a considerable position below the opening and use that suture line as the bottom of the pocket. . When forming a pocket in this way, the side edges can also be used to sew the gusset seam edges and the edge attachment edges, and there is no need to go to the trouble of sewing to attach the pockets, resulting in an excellent finished product. It's good and the manufacturing effort can be significantly reduced. In particular, in the present invention, since two pockets are formed, the lining fabric and the outer fabric, the gusset part does not become rigid, and even when items are stored in the pocket, the pocket is not bulky. You can also save on the cost of fabric for making.

The opening of the pocket is generally provided slightly below the upper edge of the gusset, but it may be located below this, or may be slanted or only partially opened. .

That is, in FIGS. 2A and B, 1 is the lining fabric of the gusset part, and 2 is the outer fabric, and the outer fabric 2 is folded up and down 2 so that an opening B is formed on the outside of pocket A.
An opening B is formed so that the lower edge of the upper cloth 2B and the upper edge of the lower outer cloth 2A are in contact with each other. And these side edges have one side attached to the cloth body 4.
The other side is sewn to the sewn edge of the gusset part, and the other side is sewn to the edge where the gusset is attached, and at the same time, the fin 5 is interposed at equal intervals and sewn, and the upper and lower edges of the gusset are also sewn with binding stitches 6,
7 to form a gusset, and if necessary, stitch 3 at a position corresponding to the bottom of the pocket to form pocket A. In the case of the present invention, the opening B of the pocket A is on the outside of the gusset, but both side edges are sewn at the gusset sewing edges and the bottom attachment edges, so it is unnecessary to sew the side edges to attach the pocket. There is no need to do this, and it has a good appearance, does not take up much space when the contents are stored, saves on fabric costs, and can be manufactured more efficiently. Further, FIGS. 3A and 3B similarly show other embodiments of the present invention, in which an overlapping portion is formed in the opening B, but this is not essentially different from the example shown in FIG. 2 above. In other words, an opening 8 is formed by overlapping the upper edge of the lower outer fabric 2A on the lower edge of the upper outer fabric 2B of the outer fabric 2. In this way, even if the opening B is opened, the lining fabric 1 can be seen. Never.

As can be understood from the above explanation, the pocket-equipped underground bag of the present invention utilizes the gusset to attach the pocket, and the pocket storage area is located between the outer fabric and the lining fabric. Therefore, the appearance is good and the flexibility of this part is not compromised.
Moreover, it has excellent effects such as being less bulky when storing goods etc. inside, reducing the feeling of pressure on the feet, and preventing damage to the feet.
