This invention was made in view of the above points, and a stamp material having at least a metal layer and an adhesive layer is placed on the surface of a molded synthetic resin material and heated to a predetermined temperature. In the stamping method, in which characters or patterns with a metallic feel are printed on the surface of a synthetic resin material by applying pressure with a die, a large number of diamond cut grooves are formed on the pressing surface of the die, and the material is pressed with the surface of the diamond cut grooves. In particular, the surface of the synthetic resin material and the stamp material are bonded to each other with an uneven surface, and characters in a diamond cut pattern with a metallic feel are printed on the surface of the synthetic resin material. The present invention will be explained below based on the drawings.

First, the stamp material 16 is placed on the synthetic resin material 22 as shown in FIG. Press it against the synthetic resin material 22 for about 1.5 seconds as shown in Figure 6b. Stamp material 16 is metal plate 1
The heat of the metal plate 13 is transferred to the synthetic resin material 22 by adapting to the unevenness of the diamond cut pressing surface 15 of No. 3, and the convex portion 2
The surface 24 of 3 is softened and becomes the diamond cut pressing surface 15.
The stamp material 16 is formed in the same shape as the synthetic resin material 22, and the stamp material 16 is bonded only to the convex portion 23 of the synthetic resin material 22 by the adhesive layer 21. After that, when the die 11 is removed and the stamp material 16 is peeled off from the synthetic resin material 22, the adhesive layer 21 adhered to the convex portion 23, the aluminum layer 20, the top layer 19, and the silicone layer 18 on top of the adhesive layer 21 are left behind. Layer 17 can be peeled off together with stamp material 16. As shown in FIG. 6c, metal surface treatment can be applied to the surface 24 of the convex portion 23 without sagging around it.

Metal surface treatment can be easily applied only to the surface 24 of 3.
Sharp and linear unevenness can be formed as if a diamond cut has been applied, and light can be reflected by the aluminum layer 20 to add a metallic feel. Incidentally, the top layer 19 serves both to prevent oxidation of the aluminum layer 20 and to protect the surface thereof.

When applying metal surface treatment to the surface of a synthetic resin material using the diamond-cut pressing surface 15 of the metal plate 13 shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, the intersection of the inclined surfaces of the metal surface treatment may become rounded. In some cases, unevenness cannot be formed sharply. However, when the diamond cut pressing surface 15A shown in FIG. 8 is provided on the metal plate 13, the roundness of the metal surface treatment part of the synthetic resin material at the intersection of the slopes is corrected, and even sharper unevenness is formed. be able to.

As explained above, the stamping method of the present invention involves placing a stamp material consisting of multiple layers including an adhesive and a metal layer on the surface of a synthetic resin material, and pressing a die heated to a predetermined temperature. In a stamping method that prints a metallic pattern on the surface of a synthetic resin, diamond cut grooves are formed on the surface of a pressurizing die, and this die creates an uneven surface between the synthetic resin surface and the stamping material. Because they are bonded, the bonding area is wide and the characters or patterns stamped on the surface of the synthetic resin do not easily peel off.

Further, there is an advantage that a diamond cut surface with a metallic feel can be easily formed on printed characters or patterns, and the cost of decorating equipment can be reduced.
