Conventionally, for example, the owner's manual requires that the engine oil be changed every certain mileage or period of time, and a label is posted in an easily visible place, but it is easy to forget. If lubricating oil is used beyond the allowable deterioration level, it will impede the lubrication effect, so it is important to warn when it is time to replace it. It is not determined solely by this, but is also greatly influenced by vehicle usage conditions such as road conditions, so it is not appropriate to issue a warning based solely on mileage or period.

Therefore, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 59-43299, the physical quantities of driving that affect the degree of deterioration of lubricating oil, such as the temperature of lubricating oil and engine speed, are detected moment by moment, and the detection results are added up and accumulated over time. A warning device has been proposed that issues a warning to replace the lubricating oil when the integrated result reaches a predetermined deterioration tolerance limit value.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, lubricating oil may decrease due to combustion inside the cylinder during use, so it may be refilled during use. The contamination concentration becomes lower and the degree of deterioration becomes lower.
However, the above-mentioned conventional warning device calculates and warns when it is time to replace the lubricant only from the integrated results of the physical quantities of the operation, so when lubricating oil is refilled, the problem is that the warning is issued earlier than the actual state of deterioration. There is.

(Purpose and Structure of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to accurately output a lubricating oil change warning when replenishing lubricating oil with a simple structure. In order to achieve the objective, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. The system is configured so that the integrated value is added over time, and when this integrated value exceeds a predetermined limit value, a warning signal for lubricating oil change is output and a warning is issued by means of a warning means. A replenishment detection sensor activated by lubricant refilled from It was configured to make it longer.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates various sensors including an odometer S 1 that detects the mileage, an oil temperature sensor S 2 that detects the temperature of engine oil, a rotation speed sensor S 3 that detects the engine rotation speed, and 2 an engine oil sensor. 3 is an ignition switch, 4 is a reset switch, 5 is a replenishment detection sensor that detects when engine oil has been refilled, and 6 is input from various sensors 1 and keyboard 2. This is a calculation circuit that integrates the driving history using the accumulated data, calculates oil deterioration based on the driving history, and outputs an oil change warning signal when the integrated value reaches a predetermined value. Each time replenishment is detected, the operating history and oil are calculated using physical quantities according to the operating conditions that serve as the basis for calculating oil deterioration. Make a correction to increase the limit value of the elapsed time of use. 7 is a warning lamp that warns about oil change.

As shown in the figure, even if the micro switch 16 is turned on multiple times when the ignition switch 3 is in the off state, oil replenishment is determined to be performed only once. When it is determined that oil needs to be replenished, as described above, the arithmetic circuit increases the operating history limit value Y c and the elapsed oil usage time limit value t c by a predetermined amount, or The integrated value Y and the integrated value t of the elapsed oil usage time are corrected to decrease by a predetermined amount.

As a result of such correction, when an oil change warning signal is output and the warning lamp 7 lights up, the driver normally changes the engine oil, but at that time, the liquid receiving plate 14 moves up and down several times, so multiple micro switches 16 are activated. Turn on times. However, in this case, since the oil change warning has been issued first, there is no need to correct the warning timing, so as shown in Figure 6,
When the reset device installed in the engine room is used to reset the warning lamp 7, the warning lamp 7 is turned off and the integrated value is reset.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in the present invention, the replenishment detection sensor is actuated by the lubricating oil replenished from the lubricating oil filler, and the presence or absence of replenishment of the lubricating oil is detected by the output of the replenishment detection sensor. When replenishment is detected, the time until a lubricant change warning signal is output is corrected by a certain amount. By adding a means, it is possible to take into account that the degree of deterioration of the lubricating oil has been lowered due to replenishment of the lubricating oil, and issue a replacement warning at an accurate time. As a result, the time for lubricating oil replacement can be extended, maintenance costs can be reduced, and unnecessary lubricating oil replacement can be eliminated.
