ある。 In order to improve this, the wire is bent into a loop and then terminated in a transfer line that is perpendicular to the wire feeding direction. JP-A-51-136186 and JP-A-Sho 51- disclose a device in which the electric wire is bent into a loop shape by advancing inside, and the guide plate is raised to move the electric wire on a pallet.
As described in Publication No. 147781 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-6676), when forming a wire into a loop, the wire is extruded to advance through a U-shaped guide plate, so hard wire or extremely soft wire is used. However, there are disadvantages such as buckling easily occurs in the wire feeding section and it is difficult to remove the treated wire from the transfer pallet.

JP-A-55-144672 discloses a device that not only opens and closes the gripping claws but also rotates the main body by 180 degrees and moves up and down.
Although it is compact as a reversing device, the internal structure is too complex because the operating mechanisms are all built-in and concentrated in one place with a small space, and it is not only difficult to assemble and adjust, but also difficult to assemble and adjust. It has become even more difficult to handle because it is sensitively affected by any disturbance.

能とするものである。 As described in detail above, according to the electric wire manufacturing apparatus of the present invention, the electric wire fed by the length measuring and feeding device is turned into a loop shape by the cooperation of the U-turn guide plate, the U-turn roller, and the lifting clamp. In this state, the wire is cut to a predetermined size, and two elevating clamps that can grip both ends of the loop-shaped cut wire descend to hand the wire to the wire gripping device of the transfer conveyor. Since the U-turn mechanism of the is separated from the transfer conveyor, U-turn operations can be performed even while the transfer conveyor is running.
The processing capacity can be greatly increased by shortening the cycle time, and various terminal processing units installed on the length measuring and feeding device side of the transfer conveyor allow the desired terminal processing to be applied to each end of the wire during transfer. As a result, it is only necessary to place the untreated end unit on one side of the transfer conveyor, which saves the installation space around the transfer conveyor. The wire length can also be changed arbitrarily, and not only the wire length but also the terminal treatment form can be changed individually. The wire terminals can be set in advance, and various miscellaneous wires required for each control panel can be manufactured as one lot, making it possible to fully automate high-mix, low-volume production in particular.
