(Prior art and its problems) FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the squelch operation of a conventional radio device, and the horizontal axis is the time axis. 1 is the carrier input signal, 2 is the demodulated output signal of the receiver intermediate frequency stage, 3
is a noise when there is no signal, 4 is an audio signal, and 5 is a squelch signal for opening and closing the audio output obtained by the function of the squelch circuit, which is open when it is "H" and closed when it is "L". 6 shows the receiver output signal controlled by signal 5. t1 is the delay time from carrier disconnection until the squelch circuit responds. As shown in the figure, if the squelch operation is delayed by t1 at the end of a call than when the carrier is disconnected, the difficulty of hearing due to interruptions in the speaker output will be avoided in response to short-term fading and other electric field fluctuations peculiar to mobile radio. Although it is common to actively try to obtain a delay of t 1 , it has the disadvantage that when the carrier is cut off, no signal noise 3 is output from the speaker for t 1 seconds.

(Embodiment) FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which the communication method of the present invention is applied to a personal wireless communication system. In the figure, the same numbers as in Figure 1 have the same functions; 7 is the ATIS signal sent out at the rising edge of the carrier; 8 is the ATIS signal sent out every minute; 9 is the ATIS signal sent out before the falling edge of the carrier. , 10 is a recognition signal added to the ATIS signal 8 sent every minute, and is a code indicating that this ATIS signal is an intermediate signal. This operation will be explained below. In a wireless system that automatically transmits an identification code such as an ATIS signal at the beginning, middle (regularly), and end of a call, a recognition signal 10 indicating that the ATIS signal is in the middle is attached to an intermediate ATIS signal other than the beginning and end of a call. Add. The receiver identifies the ATIS signal and detects the recognition signal 10, and ignores the ATIS signal with respect to the squelch function for a certain period of time from the rise of the carrier (the time until the ATIS signal sent at the rise ends), and then ignores the ATIS signal after that. If the recognition signal 10 is not detected, the squelch function is closed as a notice of carrier disconnection.
Therefore, with respect to noise generated when the carrier is cut off, all audio output circuits are closed, so no noise is output from the speaker. On the other hand, in the case of instantaneous electric field drops such as fading, the squelch function will not be interrupted because the ATIS signal is not recognized.

(Effects) As explained above, according to the present invention, since the squelch is closed at the same time as the end of the call (carrier disconnection), the output of no-signal noise can be eliminated, and the squelch operation can also prevent fading from making it difficult to hear. can be prevented.

1. In a communication system in which an identification code such as an ATIS signal is modulated and sent from the transmitting side at the rise and fall of a transmission signal and at fixed time intervals during a call, and is received by the receiving side, A recognition signal that can be recognized as an intermediate signal is superimposed on the identification code such as the ATIS signal that is modulated at time intervals, and the receiving side receives the identification code such as the ATIS signal and the intermediate signal except when the receiver starts up. When demodulating and detecting an identification code such as an ATIS signal without the recognition signal,
A signaling system characterized by returning the receiver to standby mode.
