This method attempts to manufacture an album mount by covering a sheet with a double-folded covering film from the front and back, fusing the covering film at the notch, and then dividing the mount into individual mounts. This makes it possible to produce mounts for style albums in a connected manner.

A transparent bag-shaped covering film 2 is placed over the mount sheet, and the front and back covering films are welded together through through holes 11, 11 provided in the mount sheet.

Thereafter, the portions corresponding to the through holes 11, 11 for welding provided in the middle are heated from the front and back to weld the front and back covering films to each other, thereby integrating the covering film 2 and the backing sheet 1. As a result, through hole 1

A pocket portion 20 is formed between each other and between the central welded portion and the upper or lower side, and a photograph or the like A can be inserted into this pocket portion.

There is a proposal in No. 58-219098, and in this method, a strip sheet 1 in which backing sheets 1 and 1 are continuous in the longitudinal direction is proposed.
0 is run, and in this running area, a predetermined area of the band-shaped sheet 10 is covered with the covering film 2 folded in half, and the required area is welded to form the pocket part 20,
After forming the mount sheet 20, it is divided into one mount sheet 1, 1. Therefore, according to this prior art method, while the strip-shaped sheet 10 passes through the covering section, welding section, and dividing section of the punching section 2, the strip-shaped sheet 10 corresponding to the width of one backing sheet 1 is cut into the pocket portion 20. , 20, and these mount sheets 1, 1 can be continuously produced.

なる。 In this conventional device, notch holes 5, 5 are provided at locations corresponding to the dividing positions of the belt-shaped sheet 10. In order to improve the finish of the product, it is necessary to set the notch hole 5 so as to cover the entire width of the covering area of the covering film 2. Therefore, in this conventional device, in the covering area of the covering film 2, a long hole having a length ranging from the edge of the mount sheet 4 on the binding side to the vicinity of the opposite side edge of the band-shaped sheet 10 is cut out. The hole is designated as 5. Therefore, in the area where the notch hole 5 is formed, there is a certain area on the binding side of the backing sheet 1 (the binding side connection part) and a very small part of the covering side end of the covering film 2 (the covering side connection part). Thus, only one mount sheet 1 is connected to each other.

部20,20が不良が出来る。 By the way, when the belt-shaped sheet 10 is run in the longitudinal direction in the production process, the belt-shaped sheet 10 is pulled by the rolls provided in each section, and the tension at this time is enough to cause the area where the notch holes 5 are formed to be stretched. It concentrates on both ends, that is, the covering side connecting part and the binding side connecting part. However, there is a large difference in the width of the connecting portion between the two, and there is a risk that the covering side connecting portion will be cut off when the belt-shaped sheet 10 is traveling, and this situation cannot be avoided. As a result, the belt-like sheet 10 no longer runs linearly, causing a misalignment between the running position of the folded covering film 2 and the running position of the belt-like sheet 10, resulting in defects in the pocket parts 20, 20.

The welded portion of the film 2 is opened to the side of the band-like sheet 10 at both end positions corresponding to the length in the longitudinal direction of one mount sheet 1 and the through holes 11 located between the pocket portions 20 and 20. It consists of notches 12, 12, and these through holes 11,
11 and notches 12, 12 are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the belt-shaped sheet 10, and the cut depth of each notch 12 is set to be equal to or longer than the length of the covering area of the covering film 2, so that the cut-out parts 12, 12 are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the belt-shaped sheet 10, and the cut depth of each notch part 12 is set to be equal to or longer than the length of the covered area of the covering film 2, and After covering with the covering film 2 folded in half, the through hole 11 is
A step of welding the front and back covering films 2 to each other corresponding to the above, a step of fusing the covering films 2 to each other corresponding to the cutout portion 12, and a step of welding the covering films 2 to each other corresponding to the notch portion 12, and a step between the notch portions 12 and 12 facing each other after this welding and fusing step. The method includes a step of crossing the connecting portion, and a step of slitting the width center portion of the belt-shaped sheet 10 before the crossing step.

Continuous at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of 0. Therefore,
When the belt-shaped sheet 10 is run in a manner that applies tension, the notches 12 and 1 are opposite to each other.
The tension will be concentrated at the connecting portion between the two, but this connecting portion is located at the center of the strip sheet 10, and the tension will be concentrated at the connecting portion between the two sheets. This is the non-coverage area width. Therefore, even if the belt-shaped sheet 10 is run with tension applied as described above, the portion between the notches 12 and 12 that are continuous in the longitudinal direction (the portion where no tension is applied) will be smaller than the portion where the tension is applied. It becomes symmetrical. Therefore, the belt-shaped sheet 10 travels in a state where straightness is ensured. Furthermore, since the width of the connecting portion is sufficient, the connecting portion exhibits sufficient strength when running under tension.

The covering films 2, 2 are welded to each other, and the notch 1
The portions corresponding to 2 and 12 are fused and cut across the notches 12 and 12. Since the belt-like sheet 10 is slit at the center and vertically divided before this crossing process, two mount sheets 1, 1 are completed at the end of the crossing process.

The pocket parts 20, 20 are constructed by welding the parts,
Thereafter, in the method of forming the mount sheet 1 by dividing the mount sheet 1 into the length of one mount sheet 1, the width of the band-shaped sheet 10 is set to twice the width of the mount sheet 1, and the width of the band-shaped sheet 10 is set to be twice that of the mount sheet 1. The welded parts of the covering film 2 are attached to the sides of the belt-like sheet 10 at the through holes 11, 11 located between the pocket parts 20, 20 and at both end positions corresponding to the longitudinal length of one mount sheet 1. These through holes 11, 11 and the notches 12,
12 are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the belt-shaped sheet 10, the cut depth of each notch part 12 is set to be equal to or greater than the length of the covering area of the covering film 2, and the covering film is folded in half from both sides of the belt-shaped sheet 10. 2, the front and back covering films 2 corresponding to the through holes 11 are welded to each other, the covering films 2 corresponding to the notches 12 are welded to each other, and after this welding and fusing step, the covering films 2 are welded to each other. In the step of crossing the connecting portion between the facing notches 12 and 12, and before the crossing step, the band-shaped sheet 10
A method for manufacturing an album mount comprising the step of slitting the center width of the album.
