プレツサーが僅かの時間作動し、箱体内に残留し
ているオゾンは圧縮空気で掃気されることとな
る。従来オゾンが導管を逆流してドライヤーやコ
ンプレツサーへ侵入して漂い、またオゾン発生器
及びその周辺部材にオゾンが漂うことでオゾンに
触れる部材を酸化させていたのであるが、前述の
オゾン掃気により装置部材の酸化を低減でき装置
の耐久性を大いに向上させたものである。また循
環ポンプを有する装置にあつては、循環ポンプも
エアーコンプレツサーと同様にタイマーに制御さ
れて作動し残留オゾンの除去が行われ湯路の酸化
