This is thought to have the advantage of not leaving any residue behind, and also having good drainage of rainwater.

As shown in Figure B, the upper end of the pile cracks vertically and becomes fibrillated within a short period of time after being laid, weakening its strength and sticking to the laying surface, resulting in small pieces breaking off and losing the feel of grass. At the same time,
When it was first installed, as shown in Figure 4 (a), there was a large space upward between the piles, which caused the sand to be blown up by the wind and washed away with the flow of rainwater.

It almost bent and fell apart,
The disadvantages were that it quickly lost its feel similar to natural grass, and that it was difficult to get sand between the piles when sand was being spread, resulting in the piles being crushed by sand.

To provide a method for laying artificial grass that can maintain a state close to that of natural grass for a long period of time while reducing the amount of grass.

The artificial lawn is characterized in that after the powder is spread and the pile is filled in such a state that the upper part of the pile protrudes from the upper surface of the granular material, the upper surface of the artificial lawn is heated to melt only the upper end of the pile to form a reinforced edge.

There is little bending and settling on the laying surface, and the beauty and elasticity of artificial grass can be maintained even after long-term use.
