通する流体管を兼用構成し、かつ、前記操作軸
7Aの管開口側端部には開閉操作自在な弁9を
付設して構成されている。

孔2の真下に開閉弁9のツマミが位置するよう
に、また、前記抜止め部材8が水平又はほぼ水
平に姿勢する状態でセツトする。

た、中・高圧のガスに対する信頼性の高い閉塞治
具のみで管路を閉塞しようとしても、ガス導管1
に穿設した挿入孔からは、この閉塞治具を挿入す
ることができないからである。

3に再びエアーを圧入し、コツクを取外して再
度ナツト7Hを締め付ける。

作位置とゴムリング7B,7Bとの間の残存エ
アーをパージしたのち、再び「閉」に操作す
る。その後、ガス導管1の切断開口よりゴムリ
ング7B及び開閉弁部分を石鹸水とガス洩れ検
出器にて漏洩検査を行なう。

た、プラグ部の洩れを調べる。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 ガス導管1の管末を次の工程を経て閉塞処理
する工法。 (イ) ガス導管1の切断予定箇所aよりもガス流動
方向上手側に操作孔2を穿設し、かつ、この操
作孔2よりも更にガス流動方向上手側に、ガス
導管1内を一時的にガス遮断可能なガスバツク
から成る遮断具3の挿入孔4を穿設する。 (ロ) 前記挿入孔4を通して遮断具3を挿入し、ガ
ス導管1内を遮断する。 (ハ) ガス導管1を前記切断予定箇所aにおいて切
断する。 (ニ) ガス導管1の管軸線方向からの締付け操作に
伴う半径方向外方への膨出により管内周面に弾
性密着する弾性シール7とこの弾性シール7よ
りもガス流動方向下手側の内周面に接当可能な
抜止め部材8とを備え、かつ、これら弾性シー
ル7及び抜止め部材8に亘つて貫通保持された
流体管7Aの管切断側端部に開閉弁9を付設し
てある閉塞治具Aを、前記両孔2,4間のガス
導管1部分内に前記弾性シール7を管内周面に
密着させる状態に挿設する。 (ホ) 前記遮断具3を管1外に取出し、管内をエア
ーパージしたのち挿入孔4をプラグ止めする。 (ヘ) 前記閉塞治具Aの抜止め部材8を管内周面に
溶接して閉塞治具Aを固定する。 (ト) ガス導管1の端部にキヤツプ10を溶接して
管末を閉塞する。 (チ) 前記操作孔2を通して開閉弁9を開操作し、
管末までエアーパージしたのち、開閉弁9を開
の状態に保持したまま操作孔2をプラグ止めす
る。

A shut-off valve 9 is attached to the cut-side end of the fluid pipe 7A, which is provided with a retaining member 8 that can come into contact with a surface, and is held through the elastic seal 7 and the retaining member 8. The closing jig A is inserted into the portion of the gas conduit 1 between the holes 2 and 4 in such a manner that the elastic seal 7 is brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipe. (e) Take out the blocking device 3 outside the pipe 1, purge the inside of the pipe with air, and then plug the insertion hole 4. (f) The closure jig A is fixed by welding the retaining member 8 of the closure jig A to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe. (G) Weld the cap 10 to the end of the gas conduit 1 to close the end of the pipe. (h) Opening the on-off valve 9 through the operation hole 2;
After air purging to the end of the pipe, the operation hole 2 is plugged while the on-off valve 9 is kept open.
