Description of the Related Art In general, a steam generator of this type that generates steam by boiling water includes a can body 15 and a steam port 17 in the space above the can body 15, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. A water supply port 16 is provided in the lower water, a drain port 21 is provided at the bottom of the can body 15, and an electric heater 14 as a heating source is provided in the water in the can body 15.
Due to the heat generated, the water 27 inside the can is heated and boiled to generate steam 28, which is then released from the steam outlet 17.
The structure is such that steam 28 is sent out of the vessel through a steam pipe 24.

When the water level drops to the sewage level sensor 19 position, cold water is replenished. As shown in Fig. 6, when the water temperature reaches 5°C in winter, when 10% of the amount of water in the can body at the upper water level sensor 18 position is replenished, the water temperature in the can body 15 drops to approximately 90.5°C. , when 30% of the water is replenished, the water temperature inside the can body 15 drops to about 71.5°C. Can body 15 described above
As the temperature of the water decreases, the generation of steam stops until it is heated by the electric heater 14, which is the heating source, and boils again, resulting in the steam 28 being intermittently sent to the bathroom or the like. General users of sauna devices using such steam generators have had problems with the temperature in the bathroom being unstable, making them feel uncomfortable and unable to use the sauna comfortably. . In order to solve these problems, there is a method to reduce the amount of make-up water to 10% or less or to use a preheater 26 that preheats the make-up water.
If it is set below, the water level difference between the upper water level sensor 18 and the lower water level sensor 19 will become too small, causing a problem of false detection. If the preheater 26 is used, the configuration will become complicated and the cost will increase. had.

Since the water in the water supply pipe is tightly wound around the chamber, it is preheated, and the amount of replenishing water is 10% to 30% of the water volume in the can where the water level sensor is located.
%, and the water supply pipe water volume is 30% or more, so even when water is replenished, the water temperature inside the can does not drop to the point where steam generation stops, and stable steam can be continuously supplied. Can be done.

In FIGS. 1 to 4, a burner 1 serving as heating means is disposed below a combustion chamber 9 of a can body 2. As shown in FIGS. The can body 2 has a combustion chamber 9 around which a water supply pipe 8 for preheating make-up water is tightly wound, a water supply port 4 connected to the water supply pipe 8, a steam outlet 5, and a burner 1 on the outer peripheral surface. Fin 3 absorbs the combustion heat of
It is made up of many welded parts. Furthermore, inside the can body 2, there is a system that maintains the water level within the can body within a certain range.
A water level sensor 6 and a sewage level sensor 7 are provided, and the sewage level sensor 7 is located at a position that is 10% to 30% lower than the water level 11a in the can at the location of the water level sensor 6. The amount of water in the water supply pipe 8 described above is configured to be 30% or more of the amount of water in the can at the water level sensor position.

The generated steam 12 is sent out of the vessel through the steam pipe 10. By continuing to use the steam generator, the water 11 in the can body 2 will decrease, but when the water level decreases to the position of the lower water level sensor 7, the water in the water supply pipe 8 will reach the upper water level sensor 6. Resupplied to the position. The cycle of evaporation and replenishment is then repeated. Additionally, the water being replenished is preheated to 80°C.

It has a larger capacity. Supply water amount 11
b is the can body water volume 11a at the position of the water level sensor 6.
10% to 30%, therefore, Figure 4 shows an example of the make-up water temperature (preheated feed water temperature) of 80℃, 85℃.
For example, when the water temperature is 85°C, with 10% replenishment, the water temperature inside the can will be approximately 98.5°C, and with 30% replenishment, it will be approximately 95.5°C. Therefore, the generation of steam does not stop, and steam can be continuously and stably supplied.
