Description of the Related Art In general, a steam generator of this type, which evaporates water by boiling to generate steam, is a steam generator provided in a can body 15 and a space above the can body 15, as shown in FIGS. An outlet 18 and a water supply port 17 provided in the lower water of the can body 15 are provided. The fins 16 welded to the outer surface of the can body 17 are
The water 22 inside the can body 15 is heated to boil and evaporate to generate steam 23, and the steam 23 is taken out from the steam outlet 18. By continuing this state, the water 23 in the can 15 is reduced because the steam 23 is taken out to the outside, but the electrode provided in the can 15 has a straight rod-shaped upper water level sensor 19, The water supply sensor is controlled by the water level sensor 20, and the water level is always kept within the range where both water level sensors are located. Further, since the steam 23 is continuously generated, water is supplied from the water supply port 17, but scale components (calcium, magnesium, silica, etc.) contained in the water are concentrated and adhered to the water level sensors 19 and 20. . Details are shown in FIG. It is composed of an insulator 24 and a linear rod-shaped electrode 25, and the attached scale 26 becomes an insulating object, which makes it impossible to energize and no longer detects the water level. Therefore, in order to prevent the scale from adhering, the water to be replenished is supplied to the water supply pipe 27.
A structure was used in which calcium, magnesium, etc. were removed by the water softener 21 connected to the.

There has been a problem that a general user who uses a sauna device using such a steam generator imposes an economic burden and a labor burden.

However, when the steam generator is stopped, the can body and the water level sensor are stopped. Since the electrode is made of a shape-memory alloy because it is cooled, the electrode contracts or expands, so that the force applied at this time can peel off the attached scale.

FIG. 1 shows a bidirectional stretchable shape memory alloy electrode 2.
The water level sensor used as above shows that the electrode contracts at high temperature. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the electrodes are expanded by cooling after the steam generator is stopped. In FIGS. 3 and 4, a burner 4 as a heating means is arranged below the can body 5 with a constant combustion space. The can body 5 is provided with a steam outlet 8 in the upper space and a water supply port 7 in the lower water, and a large number of fins 6 that absorb the combustion heat of the burner 4 are welded to the outer surface of the can body 5. Further, inside the can body 5, a high water level sensor 9 for high level detection and a low water level sensor 10 for low level detection are provided. The water level sensors 9 and 10 are composed of electrodes using the shape memory alloy described above.

Absorbs the heat of combustion and heats the water 12 in the can 5 to boil and generate steam 13. The generated steam 13 is taken out from the steam outlet 8 and sent out of the device. By continuing to use the steam generator, the water 12 in the can 5 decreases, but the water supply valve is opened / closed by the signals of the upper water level sensor 9 and the lower water level sensor 10 to replenish the water within the range of both water level sensors 9 and 10. Kept and kept. At this time, the water in the can 5 deposits the scale component by boiling and is concentrated, and the scale 3 adheres to the electrode 2 in the contracted state of the water level sensor as shown in FIG. Simultaneously with the stop of the steam generator, the drain valve 11 connected to the water supply pipe 28 is opened and the concentrated water 12 is discharged. On the other hand, the can body 5 and the water level sensors 9 and 10 are gradually cooled by stopping the steam generator. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the electrode 2 is in an expanded state and the attached scale 3
The scale does not adhere to and accumulate on the water level sensor.
