[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention is applicable to general use as construction materials such as insect repellent, anti-mold sheets, wallpaper or ceiling paper, or as packaging materials or preservation materials for plants and foods. This invention relates to a composite reinforced sheet with high air permeability.

Conventionally, as this type of composite reinforced sheet, there is one in which a synthetic resin layer is laminated on paper. Since this paper is made by covering the entire surface of the paper with a synthetic resin layer, it is impermeable to air. For example, when this product is used as an insect repellent or anti-mold sheet, it is used by impregnating the insect repellent or anti-mold agent into paper or an adhesive between the paper and the synthetic resin layer, and when it is used as wallpaper or ceiling paper, it is used by impregnating the insect repellent or anti-mold agent into the paper. It is a material that has been aesthetically treated by printing, etc. and then covered with a transparent synthetic resin layer and is used by pasting it on a wall or ceiling. Also, when it is used as a material for packaging or preserving plants or food, it is made of non-ventilated material. It is used with the expectation of moisture-proofing and oxygen-blocking properties.

In other words, when used as an insect repellent or anti-mold agent, the medicinal side of the insect repellent or anti-mold agent is on the same side of the paper as the surface to which it is attached, so when it is used by attaching it to a wall, it depends on the area to which it is attached. The medicinal efficacy is diminished, and as the area where the drug is impregnated is the paper or adhesive layer as mentioned above, a sufficient amount of impregnation cannot be obtained. When used as wallpaper or ceiling paper, the surface to which it is attached is the paper side. High adhesion strength cannot be obtained due to delamination within the paper, and because it is non-breathable, objects to which it is attached, such as wood, or packaged plants, foods, etc., may become stuffy.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and has a medicinal or aromatic surface on both the front and back surfaces, which makes it possible to obtain a sufficient amount of drug or fragrance impregnation, and has sufficient sheet strength and high adhesion. The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a composite reinforced sheet that is highly versatile and has breathability, which can also provide strength.

The thermoplastic resin layer 4 is usually made of polyethylene. The resin layer 4 is formed as an intermittent resin layer in which discontinuous portions 4a are provided at appropriate intervals. The set interval or width of the discontinuous portions 4a is determined as appropriate depending on the required degree of breathability of the composite reinforced sheet 1. That is, in the sheet 1, since the resin layer 4 is a non-breathable part, its breathability depends on the discontinuous part 4a, and if the area of this part 4a is large, the breathability is high, and if the area is small, the breathability is low. becomes. Further, the resin layer 4 prevents substances such as drugs impregnated into the needle-punched nonwoven fabric 2 from scattering more than necessary.

First, one side of the needle-punched nonwoven fabric 2 is subjected to corona discharge treatment to roughen the surface. Molten polyethylene is then applied to this roughened surface. This coating is not done evenly over the entire surface, but is done so that some areas where polyethylene is not coated are exposed. Later, this coated portion becomes the thermoplastic resin layer 4, and the uncoated portion becomes a discontinuous portion 4a.
Thereafter, the split fiber nonwoven fabric 3 is laminated on the molten polyethylene, and this laminate is pressed with a roller to obtain the composite reinforced sheet 1. The composite reinforced sheet 1 manufactured in this manner is wound up with a winding roll and stored.

Next, an example of the use of this composite reinforced sheet 1 as a building material will be shown. FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway perspective view of the architectural floor panel. This floor panel 100 is made by pasting plywood 11 on the front surface of a core frame 10 made of wood, and a composite reinforcing sheet 1 on the back surface of the core frame 10 using adhesive, and also using a heat insulating material such as glass wool between the plywood 11 and the sheet 1. It is configured by loading 12.

The composite reinforced sheet 1 is made by impregnating a needle-punched nonwoven fabric 2 with a termiticide containing chlorpyrifos and fenitrothion as main components, and is bonded to a core frame 10 with the nonwoven fabric 2 side serving as an adhesive surface. This floor panel 100 is used with the plywood 11 side on the indoor side and the composite reinforced sheet 1 on the outdoor side. The chemical evaporates outward through the tube and exerts its anti-termite effect.

In addition, since the composite reinforced sheet 1 uses the needle-punched nonwoven fabric 2 as the adhesive surface, sufficient adhesive strength can be obtained, and since the entire sheet is reinforced with the split fiber nonwoven fabric 3, it will not break easily and will last for a long time. Can maintain tension. Further, since the composite reinforced sheet 1 has a ventilation portion, internal ventilation is performed through the ventilation portion, and the wood does not get stuffy.

As described in detail above, the composite reinforced sheet of the present invention is made by laminating a needle-punched nonwoven fabric and a split fiber nonwoven fabric with a thermoplastic resin interposed therebetween, so that the entire sheet is reinforced with the split fiber nonwoven fabric. This improves the tear strength and tensile strength of the sheet, and by using the needle-punched nonwoven fabric as the adhesive surface, the adhesive strength is improved, and sufficient strength can be obtained for construction materials and packaging materials.

Furthermore, since it is provided with an impregnated layer made of a needle-punched nonwoven fabric, this impregnated layer can be impregnated with a sufficient amount of drugs, fragrances, etc., and can also be used for special purposes such as anti-termite sheets. Furthermore, since the intervening parts of the thermoplastic resin are breathable, the above-mentioned impregnating agents, etc., are diffused to the outside of the thermoplastic resin layer through these breathable parts, and both the front and back sides of the sheet become medicinal surfaces, which can be used for the special uses mentioned above. The use of will expand accordingly.
