Conventional technology and its problems The scent of wood has been familiar to people since ancient times, and some scents can make people feel comfortable or have the effect of stabilizing their mental state. For this reason, the fragrant wood is often used to burn incense or put in scent bags. Furthermore, in recent years, so-called forest bathing has been proposed as a good thing for human mental health.

Means for Solving the Problems Therefore, the present inventors believe that if there is a sheet-like material in which wood is used as a part of the constituent material and has heat retention and elasticity suitable for use as a material for the futon, etc., the above-mentioned needs can be met. As a result of intensive research, the present invention was completed.

In addition, if the particle size of the wood particles is too large, the material of the present invention will feel hard, and if the particle size is too small, there is a risk of scattering to the outside, so the particle size (triaxial average diameter) is preferably about 1 to 4 mm. . The amount of wood particles to be used may be appropriately determined depending on the use of the material of the present invention.

In order to further stabilize the position of the wood grains, appropriate quilting processing can be used, such as a. a breathable sheet placed between the ribbon-like wood layer and the wood grain layer, b. a wood grain layer, and c. a wood grain layer. The three sheets disposed between the futon cotton layer and the futon cotton layer may be combined and quilted, or the futon cotton layer and a breathable sheet provided outside the futon cotton layer may be combined with the five sheets. It may be quilted.

This sheet-like material has a ribbon-like wood layer 1 obtained from Japanese cypress and a wood grain layer 2 inside, so the whole body has the scent of Japanese cypress, and this sheet-like material is used for futons and pine. In some cases, it can make users who like the scent of cypress feel comfortable, and for some people, it can also be expected to have a sound sleep effect.

In addition, since such a sheet material uses wood for its content, it has excellent hygroscopicity and moisture release properties when drying, and furthermore, the wood itself has heat retention properties and the ribbon-like wood 11 between each other and the wood grains 21 Due to the voids between them and the futon cotton layer 3, the whole has excellent heat retention, and even though wood is used for the inside, the ribbon-like wood layer 1 and the futon cotton layer 3 give the whole a desirable elasticity or compression. It is elastic and has appropriate hardness because it is made of wood grains, making it suitable for making mattresses and mats.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, not only does it smell like wood, but it also has excellent hygroscopicity and water release properties when drying, and has excellent heat retention, and is also good considering that wood is used for the interior. It can provide sheet materials that have appropriate elasticity and can be used for bedding products such as comforters and mattresses, cushions, floor coverings, and upholstery for chairs.
