本発明は、パツキンを成形する成形装置に関す

として、第3図に示すような断面U字形のパツキ

あり、つぎにような加工手順が採られてきた。す
なわち、まず第4図に示すように、c,d,eの
3つの分割型よりなる成形装置で成形品a′を成形
した後、型開きしてこれを取り出し、つぎに第5
図に示すようなリテーナ(ヤトイ)fの肩段部に
該成形品a′を嵌合する。このリテーナfは、図示
しないモータ等によつて軸心を中心に回転駆動せ
しめられ、成形品a′に対しメス等の切削手段(図
示せず)を進退せしめて(X,Y方向)、シール
リツプb,bの余材を切断除去してエツヂを形成
する。

イを形成し、前記キヤビテイに成形材料を充填し
て環状のパツキンを成形する成形装置において、
環状を呈し、前記キヤビテイの底壁を分担形成し
て成形後のパツキンを支持する一の分割型を他の
分割型に対して相対に昇降自在とし、かつその中
心線を中心として回転自在とした。

と外側芯棒5の間にも軸方向に伸張するスプリン
グ12が弾装されている。13は前記内外芯棒
4,5の下側に配される押上げ棒であつて、図示
しない駆動機構により、昇降および回転するよう
に構成されている。該押上げ棒13の上端面に
は、前記内側芯棒4を押し上げる中央突部14の
周囲に、前記外側芯棒5の筒状部7下端面に形成
した係合切欠16に係合する係合突起15が形成
されている。
