泥を脱水処理剤により連続式にもバツジ式にも脱

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
ところで上記従来技術の連続式汚泥脱水処理装
置にあつては固定ドラム内で汚泥と脱水処理剤が
スクリユーで連続回転移送するが、クスリユーの
回転半径に限度があり、強い回転力を必要とし汚
泥と脱水処理剤を固定ドラム内で充分回転攪拌で
きず、汚泥と脱水処理剤が充分反応して加熱乾燥
されるのに長時間を要するという問題点があつ

本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし
ており、回転ドラム両側に回転ドラム軸と同心の
切欠部を設け、該切欠部に夫々入口固定板、出口
固定板を当接し、汚泥投入ホツパー及び脱水処理
剤投入ホツパーよりの投入スクリユーを入口固定
板より回転ドラム内に開口し、出口固定板には回
転ドラム内部より外部につながる樋を設け、その
内部に正逆転可能のスクリユーを配設し、該樋の
後端に回転ドラム内への排出口を形成し、回転ド
ラム内面には攪拌羽根及びスクリユー羽根を固定

開口している。23は周知の脱水処理剤投入ホツ
パー、24は脱水処理剤投入スクリユーで先端よ
り汚泥投入スクリユー22基部に落下するように
なつており、基台2上に設けたモーター25,2

し、該樋の後端に回転ドラム内への排出口を形成
し、回転ドラム内面には攪拌羽根及びスクリユー
羽根を固定してあるので、回転ドラムの回転によ
り汚泥は回転ドラムの回転に伴い大きく回転し、
回転ドラムの攪拌羽根で充分攪拌され、汚泥と脱
水処理剤が短時間に充分反応して加熱乾燥され
る。又処理量が多い時は連続式で処理し、処理量
が少い時はバツジ式に処理でき1台の装置で能率
