(発明が解決しようとする問題点) ところで上記従来技術にあつては固定ドラム内
で汚泥と脱水処理剤がスクリユーで連続回転移送
するが、スクリユーの回転半径に限度があり、強
い回転力を必要とし汚泥と脱水処理剤を固定ドラ
ム内で充分回転攪拌できず、汚泥と脱水処理剤が
充分反応して加熱乾燥されるのに長時間を要する
という問題点があつた。

転ドラム内部より外部につながる樋を設け、その
内部に排出スクリユーを配設し、回転ドラム内面
には攪拌羽根及びスクリユー羽根を固定したこと
を特徴とするものである。

当接シールしてある。21は汚泥投入ホツパー、
22は汚泥投入スクリユーで、その先端は入口固
定板20を通して回転ドラム1内に開口してい
る。23は周知の脱水処理剤投入ホツパー、24
は脱水処理剤投入スクリユーで先端より汚泥投入
スクリユー22基部に落下するようになつてお
り、基台2上に設けたモーター25,26よりベ
ルト27,28で駆動されるようになつている。
29は回転ドラム1の開閉蓋である。回転ドラム
1内面には攪拌羽根30,31及びスクリユー羽
根32を固定してある。

回転ドラムの回転に伴い大きく回転し、回転ドラ
ムの攪拌羽根で充分攪拌され、汚泥と脱水処理剤
が短時間に充分反応して加熱乾燥される。
