Conventionally, in order to obtain such multicolored bar-shaped cosmetics,
After composition and solidification of basic raw materials for each single color containing 2 to 10% (weight ratio) of wax, oil, coloring pigment, fragrance, and fine silica powder, these are compression-molded using a press or the like, or as shown in Figure 1. As shown in , conduits connect the basic raw materials of each single color mixed and melted in a pair of mixing tanks a and b to the mixing tanks a and b, respectively.
a', b' into the rotating hopper c installed below, and after mixing the basic raw materials of each monochrome layer in this rotating hopper, from the spout d of this rotating hopper c. , and was molded by injecting it into the molding hole f of the bar-shaped cosmetic molding mold e installed below.

Therefore, as mentioned above, in the case where basic raw materials of each single color are composed and then compression molded using a press or the like, the woodgrain spiral pattern formed by the basic raw materials of each single color is color-coded. Although it has the advantage that the boundaries between the colored layers are very clearly visible, it requires a large number of steps and poor productivity because the basic raw materials for each single color must be composed and solidified in advance. However, as shown in Fig. 1, conduits a' and b' connect the basic raw materials of each monochrome blended and melted in a pair of blending tanks a and b to the blending tanks a and b, respectively. The basic raw materials of each monochrome are introduced into the rotary hopper c through the rotary hopper c installed below, and after being mixed in layers in the rotary hopper c, the raw materials are poured from the spout d of the rotary hopper c. When molding by injecting and filling into the molding hole f of the bar-shaped cosmetic molding mold e installed below, when mixing the basic raw materials of each monochrome in a layer in the rotary hopper c, these basic Pinholes are likely to form in bar-shaped cosmetics that are filled and molded due to air being trapped in the raw materials, and as a result of heat being absorbed by the rotating hopper c from the basic raw materials that are kept at a constant temperature. The raw material must be maintained at a fairly high temperature of around 100°, so
There is a disadvantage that the product characteristics of the bar-shaped cosmetics obtained are lost due to changes in color tone, deterioration of odor, decomposition of oil, etc. of each basic raw material, and furthermore, each basic raw material is layered in the rotating hopper c. Because it is mixed with
The disadvantage is that the boundaries between the color-coded layers of the spiral pattern appearing on the surface of the filled and molded cosmetic bar become unclear, reducing the commercial value.

In view of these conventional drawbacks, the present invention provides a method for transferring each monochromatic basic raw material blended and melted in a pair of blending tanks through a conduit connected to each of the blending tanks.
By directly filling the rod-shaped cosmetic mold that is rotatably installed below the mold, productivity is improved, and there is no pinhole formation or loss of the characteristics of the rod-shaped cosmetic. The purpose of this invention is to obtain a product with high commercial value in which the boundaries between the color-coded layers in a spiral pattern appearing on the surface of a fill-molded rod-shaped cosmetic are extremely clear.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. It is directly filled into a rod-shaped cosmetic molding mold 4 which is rotatably installed below the conduit 3 connected to the upper end of the tube, and then filled into this rod-shaped cosmetic molding mold 4. After curing and solidifying the basic raw materials 1a and 1b by a known method, they are inserted and removed from the rod-shaped cosmetic mold 4, and as shown in FIG. 3, the basic raw materials 1a, A multicolor bar-shaped cosmetic material 7 having a wood-like spiral pattern in which a plurality of colors are unevenly mixed on the surface made of 1b is obtained.

In the figure, reference numerals 5... are control valves that control the flow rates of the basic raw materials 1a and 1b arranged in the pipeline path of the conduit 3, and 6... are control valves that are also arranged in the pipeline path of the conduit 3. This is a pressurizing pump for pressure-feeding raw materials 1a and 1b in fixed amounts, and there is no particular restriction on the rotation speed of the rotatably installed rod-shaped cosmetic mold 4, but according to the results of experiments. , about 250rpm to
When it is rotated at 400 rpm, as shown in Fig. 3, the surface of the filled and molded multicolored rod-shaped cosmetic material 7 has a wood grain in which the colors of the monochromatic basic raw materials 1a and 1b are unevenly mixed. It was found that the spiral pattern of the tones was most clearly expressed.

In this way, the present invention provides a pair of blending tanks 1 and 2.
The basic raw materials 1a and 1b of each single color mixed and melted in
A conduit 3 whose upper end is connected to the mixing tanks 1 and 2.
Since it is directly filled into the rod-shaped cosmetic mold 4 which is rotatably installed below the mold 4, the basic raw materials of each monochrome are composed and solidified, and then they are filled. The basic raw materials of each single color, which are compressed and formed using a press or blended and melted in a pair of blending tanks, are introduced into a rotating hopper installed below them through conduits connected to the blending tanks, respectively. Compared to the method in which basic raw materials of each monochrome are mixed in a layer in a rotating hopper, and then injected into the molding hole of a rod-shaped cosmetic mold installed below from the spout of this rotating hopper. , the number of steps is small, the time required for molding can be greatly shortened, and productivity can be greatly improved.

In addition, in the present invention, the basic raw materials of each monochrome are mixed in layers using a rotating hopper.
Since no air is trapped, pinholes can be prevented, and the basic raw materials kept at a constant temperature will not absorb heat.
Moreover, by adjusting the temperature of both blending tanks according to the viscosity of each monochrome basic raw material, each monochrome basic raw material can be maintained at the optimal temperature for filling, for example around 75°C, and filled and molded. A mold for molding rod-shaped cosmetics can be obtained, which can be used to directly fill basic raw materials of each single color through a conduit, in addition to obtaining a multi-colored rod-shaped cosmetic with excellent product characteristics that does not cause color change, odor deterioration, or oil decomposition. By rotating, a woodgrain-like spiral pattern is obtained in which multiple colors are mixed unevenly. This method is different from the conventional method in which basic raw materials of each single color are mixed and packed in layers in a hopper. As a result, the boundaries between the color-coded color layers of the wood-grained spiral pattern that appear on the surface of the molded cosmetic bar do not become blurred, making it an excellent product with a clear wood-grained spiral pattern on the surface. This method has the advantage of producing highly valuable multicolored bar-shaped cosmetics, and since the equipment is simplified by omitting the rotating hopper, it is possible to reduce equipment costs and promote the cost reduction of filled and molded products. It is.
