2. Description of the Related Art Recently, panels made of metal plates as a base material have been mass-produced as interior and exterior materials for buildings, which are heat-insulating, lightweight, and rigid. Additionally, there is a tendency for this type of panel to be wide in order to improve workability. However, when wide panels are manufactured using conventional manufacturing methods, even if they are flat at the time of manufacture, the backing material expands and contracts due to changes in high temperature, dryness, and humidity during midsummer and rainy seasons, so the decorative surface There were many cases where it became a mountain. For this reason, it has been considered to form the panel into a V-shape with a wide angle opening from approximately the center. However, when the surface material is formed into a V-shape in advance, the subsequent steps, that is, the filling, curing, and cutting of the insulation material, require not only the surface material but also the insulation material and the back material to form a V-shape. The panel had to be manufactured as is, and there were disadvantages in that phenomena such as damage to the front surface material and peeling of the back surface material occurred during molding of the heat insulating material and transportation of the panel.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and also provides a panel in which the panel is formed into a gentle V-shape in the center by substantially utilizing the conventional manufacturing line, thereby preventing the decorative surface from becoming mountain-like. This paper proposes a method for manufacturing.

The method for manufacturing a panel according to the present invention will be explained in detail below using the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of an apparatus used for implementing the manufacturing method according to the present invention,
In particular , a step piece B 2 is provided on the panel A as shown in FIG. 2, that is, the decorative surface portion B 1 of the surface material B.
At least one stepped part B4 having a recessed part B3 is formed at the lower end of the face part B1, and a male connecting part B2 is formed at the upper end of the decorative surface part B1 .
In addition, a surface material B with a female connecting portion B 6 provided at the lower end of the decorative surface portion B 1 , a heat insulating material C, and a back material D are laminated to form a V-shape with a wide angle around the stepped portion B 4 . This is for manufacturing panel A that has been corrected. In Fig. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a cure oven, which is heated in an ambient temperature of 30 to 110°C after primary forming of surface material B and filling of heat insulating material C, according to the conventional process.
It is conveyed by a steel belt, a caterpillar, a roll conveyor, etc., and is used to complete the forming, reaction, foaming, and curing of the heat insulating material C. Reference numeral 2 denotes a running cutter which cuts the panel A continuously supplied from the cure oven 1 into predetermined lengths, such as 2880 mm or 3790 mm, using a guillotine method, a rotary method, or the like. To explain further, when the traveling cutter 2 measures a predetermined length using a sensor or the like, it cuts the panel while moving at the same speed as the panel A that is continuously supplied from the cure oven 1. Therefore, the relative speed between the panel A and the traveling cutter 2 during cutting is 0, and cutting can be performed with excellent dimensional accuracy. Reference numeral 3 denotes a secondary molding machine, which molds the portions not formed by the primary molding, that is, the tongue pieces of the male connecting portion B 5 and female connecting portion B 6 of the panel A. 4 is a straightening machine consisting of multiple rolls, and the panel A is straightened at the stepped part.
This is for correcting a V-shape with a large angle centered on B4 . This is because when the panel A is widened, the front surface material B tends to deform into a mountain shape due to the contraction of the core material C and the expansion and contraction of the back surface material D, and correction is performed to prevent this. Since this straightening step is performed after cutting the panel A to a predetermined length and performing secondary forming, there is no occurrence of scratches on the surface material B or peeling of the back surface material D during each step or during transportation. Further, in the panel A manufactured by the above-described method, even if the core material C shrinks, the back surface material D expands and contracts, etc. after manufacturing, the decorative surface will not become mountain-like. Further, as will be described later, this V-shaped shape is eliminated when panel A is constructed, and a flat wall can be formed.

Assume that panel A as shown in FIG. 2 is to be manufactured. To explain further, the surface material B is formed from a thin metal plate (flat plate, embossed plate), and as shown in the figure, a stepped portion B 4 consisting of a stepped piece B 2 and a recessed portion B 3 is formed approximately in the center of the decorative surface portion B 1 . Provide at least one stage of
In addition, a male connecting part B5 consisting of an insertion edge, an engagement groove, a nailing piece, and a tongue piece is formed on the upper edge of the decorative surface part B1 ,
Furthermore, the lower edge of the decorative surface part B1 has a step piece, a fitting groove,
A female connecting portion B6 consisting of a tongue piece is provided, and is approximately in the shape of a gutter. The heat insulating material C is filled in at least the gutter-like portion of the surface material B. The materials are mainly synthetic resin foams that have some degree of elasticity, and include resins for polyisocyanurate foam, resins for phenol foam, and resins for urethane foam, as well as flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, It consists of one or more of the following: sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. In addition, as the backing material D, for example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al,
Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth, or a combination of one or more of these sheets. The panel A consisting of the surface material B, the core material C, and the back material D as described above is bent into a V-shape with a wide angle around the central stepped portion B4 . This is because when panel A is constructed as shown in Figure 3, the female connecting portion B 6 fits into the male connecting portion B 5 of the lower panel A, and the male connecting portion B 5 on the upper edge.
is driven in with nails β, a force is applied to the wall base α at both ends around the center of panel A. For this reason,
Due to the force applied to both ends of panel A, the decorative surface becomes flat after construction, allowing the formation of a beautiful wall. Furthermore, since there is enough room for the backing material D to expand and contract after application, the decorative surface will not be affected and will not deform into a mountain shape. When such a panel A is supplied from the cure oven 1, it is supplied in the form of a continuous band having a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. This is cut into a predetermined length by a traveling cutter 2 and supplied to a secondary molding machine. The secondary molding machine 3 forms tongue pieces,
Form into a cross-sectional shape as shown in Figure b. Next, in the straightening machine 4, the panel A is straightened into a wide V-shape with the decorative rib as the center, as shown in Figure c.
In the panel A thus formed, even if the back material D expands and contracts, the decorative surface does not become mountain-like, and the panel A can have the functions described above.

As described above, according to the panel manufacturing method according to the present invention, since the panel is straightened into a V-shape in the final step, it is possible to prevent scratches and peeling of the backing material during manufacturing, and also, After manufacturing,
A panel that forms a wall with a beautiful appearance can be manufactured without the decorative surface becoming mountain-like after construction. Moreover, since the manufacturing process can substantially utilize conventional lines, the present invention can be easily implemented.
