【発明の詳細な説明】本発明は、動物由来の上皮細胞増殖因子

およびウロガストロンより選ばれた一種又は二種
以上の化合物もしくは、EGFおよびウロガスト
ロンを含む種々のペプチド及び蛋白質を含有する
ことを特徴とし、皮膚に対しては、皮膚細胞の賦
活化、新陳代謝の促進、創傷治癒効果等により、
滑らかでしつとりした若々しい肌を与え、毛髪に
対しては、毛母細胞の賦活化、毛髪の成長促進、
抜毛防止効果等により養毛、育毛及び脱毛防止作

本発明に用いられるEGFおよびウロガストロ
ンは、ヒトやマウス等の動物由来の組織、乳汁、
唾液、血液、尿等に存在し、50数種のアミノ酸か
らなるポリペプチドもしくは、結合蛋白との複合
体あるいはその誘導体であつて、起原等により、
構成するアミノ酸の種類、アミノ酸の数等により
構造が異なるが同様な効果を有するものである。
例えば、マウス由来のマウスEGF（mEGF）は雄
マウス顎下腺から最もよく抽出され、53個のアミ
ノ酸からなり、３個のＳ−Ｓ結合を有する。分子
量6045、等電点pH4.6の酸性ポリペプチドであ
