本発明に用いる比重2.3〜2.5のアミノ樹脂成形

るが、好ましくはより陶器に音質が類似する比重
2.1〜2.7のメラミン樹脂成形品であることが望ま
しい。成形品表面の粗面化は成形品の内面及び又
は外面を、サンドペーパー、サンドブラスト、液
体ホーニング、ワイヤブラシ等の機械的処理や、
酸、アルカリ、過酸化物等の化学的処理で粗面化
して塗料密着性を向上させるものである。一次塗
装には使用する樹脂成形品に適する塗料を選択す
ることができ特に限定するものではないが、アク
リルウレタン樹脂系塗料が密着性の点でよく好ま
しい。塗装方法は刷毛塗り、スプレー塗装、静電
塗装、流動塗装等の従来方法をそのまま用いるこ
とができる。一次塗装後は必要に応じて乾燥し絵
付を行なうがこれは所要絵柄をスクリーン印刷等
で印刷するもので絵付方法については特に限定す
るものではない。絵付後は必要に応じて乾燥後、
下塗りをおこなうものである。下塗りは独特のハ
ジキ模様を有する志野焼外観を得るために、上塗
りとの密着性が悪いことが必要で、このため下塗
りは上塗り塗料の密着性を低下させるものであれ
ばよく上塗り塗料との関係で選択することがで
き、特に限定するものではないが好ましくはシリ
コン樹脂塗装であることが望ましい。下塗り塗装
は絵付模様に従つて塗装するもので塗布量を変化
させる必要がある。下塗り後は必要に応じて乾燥
後、上塗りをおこなうもので上塗り塗料は下塗り
塗料との密着性の悪いものを選択する必要がある
が、反面一次塗装の密着性のよいことが必要で好
ましくは一次塗装と同じ塗料を用いることが望ま
しい。又上塗りは何回も塗装することなく一気に
一回塗装することが望ましい。上塗り後は必要に
応じて乾燥し塗装成形品を得るものである。
