(問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明建築用地盤改良工法は、建築用地全域に

地盤のベース底上に質のよい新たな土砂を適当な
厚さ敷設し、この新たな土砂上に適量の固化材を
散布した後、この新たな土砂と固化材を混合攪拌
することにより改良土となし、改良土の表面を均
らして仮転圧を行い、次いで改良土表面のレベル
調整を行つた後に本転圧を行い、本転圧した改良
土に散水して水分の調整を行つて養生するもので
ある。

しているから改良効果が高まり、安定した地盤の
上に建物を築造することができる。
