(Prior art and its problems) For example, some air conditioning equipment such as large building coolers have separate cooling system parts and blower parts connected to ducts, as shown in Figure 1. In such cases, a vibration isolating frame is interposed between the cooling device section and the blower section, which are the sources of vibration, to prevent the transmission of vibrations. However, since this kind of air conditioning equipment generates cold air inside and sends it outside through ducts, the difference in temperature between the air conditioning equipment and the outside air causes condensation on the vibration-proof frame, causing the iron There was a problem that the anti-vibration mount corroded in a short period of time. In addition, since the vibration-isolating pedestal is made of iron, it is heavy, and as a result, depending on the vibration frequency, it resonates strongly, and the vibration-isolating pedestal may even become a source of resonance, causing problems. Furthermore, when the anti-vibration pedestal is made of iron and is used in the above-mentioned air conditioning equipment, heat conduction occurs through the anti-vibration pedestal, resulting in heat loss. In addition, since the cooling device part of the large cooler is heavy, it is necessary to move the position of the vibration absorber after installing the vibration isolating mount in order to find the optimal vibration isolation conditions. For this purpose, a structure that allows the vibration absorber to be easily moved after installation is required. However, if the vibration absorbers are housed within the airtight sheet, it is impossible to move the vibration absorbers, and as a result, the vibration absorbers are arranged outside the airtight sheet. As a result, the vibration absorbing device appears on the outside, which has the disadvantage of spoiling the overall appearance of the device.

(Objective of the Invention) The present invention was made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional example, and the first object thereof is to prevent the external part of the vibration isolation from being corroded by dew condensation, and to have excellent durability. It is lightweight, has a heat insulating effect, and has little heat loss.Secondly, the airtight sheet is easy to attach and remove, and even if a vibration absorber is stored inside, it is easy to move, making it extremely practical and aesthetically pleasing. is to provide.

Therefore, the cooler is operated to send cold air throughout the building, but while the cooler is in operation, a temperature difference occurs between the inside and outside of the cooler, and dew condensation also occurs on the vibration-proof pedestal A section.

The vibration-proof pedestal A is composed of an upper pedestal 1, a lower pedestal 2, a vibration absorber 3, and an airtight sheet 5. The upper frame 1 and the lower frame 2 are made of FRP and are formed by extrusion molding or die molding. The present embodiment is an example of extrusion molding, and the corner portions are joined by a joining member 8 using, for example, a combination of rivets and an adhesive. The joining member 8 also serves as an earthquake-resistant stopper, and a bolt 9 is installed between the upper and lower joining members 8. FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged sectional view of the first embodiment of the present invention, in which a mounting groove 4 is formed over the entire outer circumference of the upper mount 1 and the lower mount 2, and a locking protrusion is provided at the tip. 10 is inflated. Mounting frame 6
is almost U-shaped in cross section, and its short side is the mounting groove 4.
The engaging protrusion 11 is bulged at the tip thereof. Furthermore, rail protrusions 12 for attaching vibration absorbers are provided on opposing surfaces of the upper pedestal 1 and the lower pedestal 2 to protrude over almost the entire length. As shown in FIG. 3, the vibration absorber 3 has a lower housing 13 fitted into an upper housing 14, and a coil spring 15 disposed between the upper housing 14 and the lower housing 13. Fitting recess 16 on the top surface of
is slidably fitted into the rail protrusion 12 of the upper mount 1, and similarly, the fitting recess 16 on the lower surface of the lower housing 13 is slidably fitted into the rail protrusion 12 of the lower mount 2. ing. For the airtight sheet 5, for example, a two-sheet canvas is used in the case of low pressure, and a flexible extrusion molded sheet or the like is used in the case of high pressure. Further, a gasket 7 may be provided at the insertion end of the airtight sheet 5 in order to improve the airtightness when the airtight sheet 5 is installed in the mounting groove 4.

Therefore, for example, a vibration isolation frame A is installed between a cooling device 18 portion and a blower device 19 portion of an air conditioner 17 such as a large cooler. An appropriate number of vibration absorbers 3 are installed on the vibration isolating frame A according to the load of the cooling device 18.
is interposed, and the vibration absorber 3 is appropriately moved along the rail protrusion 12 in accordance with the center of gravity of the cooling device 18. Subsequently, an airtight sheet 5 is wound around the entire circumference between the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 2, and the upper and lower ends of the airtight sheet 5 are inserted and fixed together with the mounting frame 6 into the mounting groove 4. At this time, the locking protrusion 10 of the opening of the mounting groove 4 and the engagement protrusion 11 of the mounting frame 6 strongly engage with each other and strongly clamp the end of the airtight sheet 5.
It will be kept airtight. If even higher airtightness is required, a gasket 7 can be inserted to handle even higher pressure. In this state, the cooler is operated and the vibration isolation state is checked.
If the vibration isolation effect is insufficient, remove the mounting frame 6, remove the airtight sheet 5 from the mounting groove 4, move the vibration absorber 3 again to adjust the vibration isolation, and then reinstall the airtight sheet 5. In this way, an optimal vibration isolation state is obtained. In this case, the vibration absorber 3 is hidden inside the airtight sheet 5 and is not visible from the outside, so that the overall aesthetic appearance is not impaired. Also, earthquake-resistant bolts 9
For example, in the event of an earthquake, the bolts 9 act as a stopper, restricting the three-dimensional movement of the cooling device 18 portion in the front and back, left and right, and up and down directions, thereby limiting the range in which the cooling device 18 portion can support the vibration absorber 3. It prevents you from leaving.

In addition, FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the mounting frame 6
This is a case where a flexible extrusion-molded sheet is used as the airtight sheet 5 instead of using. That is, bevel-shaped locking portions 20 are provided at both upper and lower ends of the airtight sheet 5, and the bevel-shaped locking portions 20 are fitted into mounting grooves 4 provided in the upper and lower frames. In this case, locking protrusions 10 are provided on both inner surfaces of the opening of the mounting groove 4 so that the locking portion 20 can be completely engaged. In the case of such a structure, attachment and detachment can be facilitated by bending the outer side wall forming the attachment groove 4.

(Effects) As described above, in the present invention, the upper frame and the lower frame are made of FRP, so even if the frame is installed and used in an air conditioning equipment such as a large cooler, it will not work during operation. The anti-vibration frame itself is not corroded by condensation caused by temperature differences inside and outside, and has the advantage of exhibiting excellent durability.
Because the anti-vibration pedestal is made of aluminum, the entire anti-vibration pedestal is extremely lightweight. As a result, the anti-vibration pedestal does not become a source of resonance like in the past. Its conductivity is also much worse than that of iron, so there is little heat transfer despite the temperature difference between inside and outside, making it possible to significantly eliminate heat loss. Furthermore, a vibration absorber is interposed between the upper and lower frames, and a mounting groove for attaching an airtight sheet is provided around the entire circumference of the upper and lower frames. Since the upper and lower ends of the airtight sheet placed around the circumference are airtightly inserted into the mounting groove, the airtight sheet can be easily attached and removed without being fixed with rivets like in the past. Even if the vibration absorber is installed inside, it can be easily reset, which is not only highly practical, but by installing the vibration absorber inside, it can also improve the overall appearance of the device. There are advantages.
