However, in such cases, a vibration isolator is interposed between the cooling device and the blower, which are sources of vibration, to prevent the transmission of vibrations. However, since this kind of air conditioning equipment generates cold air inside and sends it outside through a duct, the frame materials 1 and 2 may cool due to the temperature difference between the outside air surrounding the air conditioning equipment and the outside air.
There was a problem in that the vault 13 to which the airtight sheet 4 was attached became a heat bridge, causing dew condensation on the head of the vault 13, which corroded the steel frames 1 and 2 and the vault 13 in a short period of time. Also, frame materials 1 and 2
Since it is made of iron, it is heavy, and as a result, depending on the frequency, it resonates greatly, and the vibration isolation device may actually become a source of resonance, causing problems. Furthermore, when the frame materials 1 and 2 and the vault 13 are made of iron, when used in the above-mentioned air conditioning equipment, heat conduction (heat bridge) occurs through the frame materials 1 and 2, resulting in heat loss. It was hot. In addition, in the case of the above air conditioner, the airtight sheet 4 is used during new installation or maintenance.
There are times when a worker must remove a section and enter the equipment to perform the work, and the ease of attaching and detaching the four sections of the airtight sheet leads to a reduction in work time. There was also the inconvenience that it took a lot of time to put on and take off. (Especially when the bolts are rusted) Also, if the frame materials 1 and 2 are made of iron, there is a problem that they cannot be integrally molded, which requires more man-hours for assembly, which causes an increase in costs. .

良い。 The vibration isolation device A is composed of a pair of frame members 1 and 2 and an airtight sheet 4. Both frame members 1 and 2 are made of engineering plastics such as FRP, a composite material using the same, or a composite material in which the outer periphery of a metal frame is coated with resin, and is manufactured by integral molding using extrusion molding or die molding. In the case of integral molding, it is possible to reduce assembly man-hours, resulting in significant cost reductions. The present embodiment is an example of extrusion molding, and the corner portions are joined by a joining member 8 using, for example, a combination of rivets and an adhesive. FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged sectional view of the first embodiment of the present invention, in which a mounting groove 3 is formed over the entire outer periphery of both frame members 1 and 2, and a locking protrusion 7 is provided at the tip. is bulging out. The mounting frame 5 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and its short side is fitted into the mounting groove 3, and an engaging protrusion 8 is bulged at its tip. For the airtight sheet 4, for example, a two-sheet canvas is used in the case of low pressure, and a flexible extruded sheet or the like is used in the case of high pressure. In addition, a gasket 6 is provided at the insertion end of the airtight sheet 4 to improve airtightness when it is inserted into the mounting groove 3.
Alternatively, in order to improve the airtightness of the airtight sheet 4, the surface of the locking protrusion 7 may be formed of a soft material.

An airtight sheet 4 is wound around the entire circumference in between, and the ends of the airtight sheet 4 are inserted into the mounting groove 3 together with the mounting frame 5 and fixed. At this time, the locking protrusion 7 of the opening of the mounting groove 3 and the engagement protrusion 8 of the mounting frame 5 strongly engage with each other and strongly clamp the end of the airtight sheet 4.
It will be kept airtight. If even higher airtightness is required, it is possible to cope with higher pressure by inserting a packing 6 or by forming the surface of the locking protrusion 7 to be soft. FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which a flexible extruded sheet is used as the airtight sheet 4 without using the mounting frame 5. がある。(Effects) As described above, in the present invention, both frame members are made of engineering plastics such as FRP, a composite material using the same, or a composite material in which the outer periphery of the metal frame is coated with resin. It is said that when a vibration isolation device is installed and used in air conditioning equipment such as an air conditioner, the frame material itself will not corrode due to condensation caused by temperature differences inside and outside during operation, and exhibits excellent durability. In addition, since it is made of engineering plastics such as FRP and composite materials using them, the entire vibration isolation device is extremely lightweight.
As a result, the vibration isolation device does not become a source of resonance like in the past, and not only does it have a very high vibration isolation effect, but it also has much worse thermal conductivity than iron, so the internal and external temperatures are lower. Despite the difference, heat transfer is small and heat loss can be largely eliminated. Furthermore, a mounting groove for attaching an airtight sheet is formed around the entire circumference of both frame materials, and both ends of the airtight sheet placed between both frame materials are inserted airtight into the mounting groove. Since the airtight sheet is attached, it is not fixed with rivets or bolts as in the past, but it is easy to attach and remove the airtight sheet. In addition to being very practical, it is very easy to attach and remove the airtight sheet during maintenance. Since it is easy to attach and detach, it is easy to replace it with an airtight sheet of a different width, and the interval between the connecting parts can be easily adjusted. Furthermore, when a pressure difference occurs between the inside and outside of the airtight sheet during operation, tension is applied to the insertion portions at both ends of the airtight sheet, improving the degree of adhesion between the frame material and the airtight sheet, and greatly increasing airtightness. In addition, if the frame material is integrally molded, assembly man-hours can be reduced.
It has the advantage of being able to significantly reduce costs.
