The present invention integrates a fire-retardant plastic foam between a surface material made of a thin metal plate and a back material made of a fire-retardant sheet material, and tests for quasi-incombustibility (surface test, box test), gypsum board 9 mm. A siding board that passes the fireproof structure test (earth-painted wall) when used as an underlayment, is lightweight, has high heat insulation properties, and is highly productive. Moreover, the finish of connecting the boards creates a decorative wall with no difference in height and beautiful appearance. (hereinafter simply referred to as a board). This kind of board, which has been conventionally used, has a concave surface material made of a thin metal plate, with male and female connecting parts formed on the left and right side walls, and the back side of these parts is filled with polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, etc. The structure is such that the exposed surface is covered with a backing material made of a sheet-like material. However, this type of board is subject to semi-flammability test (JIS-
Although it passed the surface perforation test in A-1321), it had the drawback that it could not pass the box test. This was due to flashover during the box test. In particular, the biggest cause of this was that decomposed gas from the core material, plastic foam, leaked directly from the joints into the box test where the crib, which served as the ignition source, was located, causing flashover. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention makes it difficult for the decomposed gas of the plastic foam under test to leak into the joints, and even if it does leak, it leaks gradually to prevent flashover. The Z-shaped spring tongues and tongues effectively act to strengthen the engagement force at the joint, and the plastic foam and backing material are made of fire-retardant materials, making them semi-incombustible. To be able to pass the surface test (JIS-A-1321), the drilling test, and the additional box test,
Moreover, the present invention proposes a board that does not leak foam raw materials to the outside during manufacturing. An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the above-mentioned board, and 1 is a surface material such as a thin metal plate, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a galvalume steel plate, a gulfan plate, an aluminum plate, etc.
It is made of one type such as a vinyl chloride steel plate, a soft resin steel plate, an enameled steel plate, or a damping steel plate, and is formed into the shape shown in FIG. 2 by roll forming or press forming. That is, the surface material 1 consists of a main body part 5 having a concave cross section and side walls 3 and 4 formed by bending inward both side edges parallel to the longitudinal direction of the long decorative surface 2 and the side walls 3 and 4. It is formed from male and female connecting members 9 formed at the lower end, and mainly functions as a fireproofing material, a decorative material, a reinforcing material, a molding material, a noncombustible material, a moisture-proofing material, a waterproofing material, an elasticity imparting material, and a guide material. It is something to do. That is, the decorative surface 2 has one of the following types: a flat shape, an embossed shape, a metal piece of a decorative chip, or a structure in which a ceramic piece is attached. In addition, the male connecting portion 6 is connected to the side wall 3.
A reinforcing piece having a spring tongue piece 8a having an insertion edge whose lower end extends outward and a spring tongue piece 8a whose tip is folded back inward and extends inward from the side wall 3, and whose tip is formed outward in a Z-shape. 8. In addition, the spring tongue piece 8a makes the thickness of the board A uniform, and also ensures that the surface materials 1, which are hard base materials, come into contact with each other at the connection part of the boards.
Strengthening the engagement force, making the guide and decorative surface flush,
This helps reduce leakage of cracked gas from joints. Furthermore, the female connecting part 9 includes an insertion groove 10 which is bent inwardly into a U-shape at the lower end of the side wall 4, an extension part 12 whose lower edge 11 is protruded outwardly, and a reinforcing part whose tip is bent outward. , a rain return, and a tongue piece 13 that adds elasticity to the connecting part. In particular, the dimensions of the insertion groove 10 and the tongue piece 13 are determined depending on the connection structure of the boards A, the spacing between the joints D, fireproofness, and waterproofness. The dimensions of the surface material 1 are as follows: W 1 is the width of the decorative surface 2, W 2 is the width of the insertion edge 7, W 3 is the width of the protruding portion extending inward from the side wall 3, and W 3 is the width of the protruding portion extending inward from the side wall 3.
The width is W 4 , the width from the side wall 4 to the tongue 13 is W 5 ,
The width from the side wall 4 to the deepest part of the insertion groove 10 is W 6 , the width from the deepest part of the insertion groove 10 to the tongue piece 13 is W 7 , the width of the spring tongue piece 8a is W 8 , the difference from the decorative surface 2 The height from the decorative surface 2 to the surface of the reinforcing piece 8 is h 1 , the height from the decorative surface 2 to the upper side of the insertion groove 10 is h 3 , from the decorative surface 2 The height to the lower edge 11 is h 4 , the height of the tongue piece 13 is h 5 , the opening height of the insertion groove 10 is h 6 , the height between the surface of the reinforcing piece 8 and the lower edge 11 (so-called spring When the height of the tongue piece 8a is h 7 and the thickness of the surface material 1 is t, W 1 = 200 to 450 mm, W 2
≦W 5 , W 3 ≒W 4 −W 2 , W 7 ≒W 5 +W 6 , W 8 =2
~10mm, t=0.27~1.6mm, h1 ≦ h2 , h4 = h3 + h6 +
t, h5 = 1 to 3 mm, h 6 = 2 to 3.5 mm, and h 7 = h 4 - h 2 . Reference numeral 14 is made of plastic foam having fire retardant properties, and the main body portion 5
It is either a molded body or integrally formed by extruding raw materials, and mainly has fire retardant properties, heat insulating properties, and adhesive properties. Specific examples include polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, silicone-containing foam, modified polyurethane foam, and materials to which one or more of long and short glass fibers, silicone, pearlite grains, mica, asbestos, carbon fiber, and borax are added. It becomes. Also, the thickness H of the plastic foam 14 is equal to h4 . 15 is a backing material which has fire retardant properties and covers the exposed surface of the plastic foam 14;
The surface 8 of the reinforcing piece 8 suppresses leakage of decomposed gas from the plastic foam 14 to the outside under high heat.
It is stretched between the board A and the lower edge 11 to reinforce the board A. Specific examples include asbestos paper, glass fiber sheets, and metal foils (Al, Fe, Cu).
It is a laminate of one or more of the following. Of course, this type of backing material can also be treated with a net-like material, waterproofing treatment, and fireproofing treatment. Next, an example will be described. Now, a board A as shown in FIG. 1 is fixed to a rim C through nails B as shown in FIG. 3, and the interval ΔW between the joints D is set to 7 mm. Therefore, the surface material 1 is a 0.35 mm color steel plate, the plastic foam 14 is a polyisocyanurate foam with a density of 50 Kg/m 3 and a thickness H of 15 mm, and the back material 15 is asbelt paper laminated with 20 micron aluminum foil. This is what I did. In addition, the dimensions of surface material 1 are W 1 = 356 mm, W 2 = 21 mm,
W 3 = 15mm, W 4 = 36mm, W 5 = 21.6mm, W 6 = 14mm,
K 7 = 35.6mm, W 8 = 5mm, h 1 = 11.5mm, h 2 = 13mm,
h 3 = 11.5mm, h 4 = 15mm, h 5 = 2mm, h 6 = 3.5mm, h 7
= 2mm. Further, as a comparative example, the reinforcing piece 8 of the surface material 1 was removed, the plastic foam was the same as in the example, and the back material was made of asbestos paper. Therefore, a surface test and a box test were performed on both boards, and the results shown in Tables 1 and 2 were obtained.

Semi-inflammability test (surface test, box test) for a board using plastic foam as a core material
There are characteristics that make it possible to pass the exam. Furthermore, the manufacturing process is almost the same as before, and the plastic foam is made of a single product or a similar material, which has excellent features that can improve productivity and reduce costs. Further, the Z-shaped spring tongues of the board ensure that the surface materials come into contact with each other at the connecting portions, thereby strengthening the engagement force and functioning as a guide during fitting, thereby improving latheability. It also helps to make the decorative surface flush with the surface, which helps improve waterproofness. In addition, it reduces the leakage of decomposed gas from joints,
Contributes to passing the quasi-noncombustible test. Furthermore, even when plastic foam is formed into a molded body or a board by injection, the surface material functions as a mold material, so that it is easy to form a core material and to hold the core material.
