The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as "board") that can pass the fireproof structure test (examination) and is lightweight, heat-insulating, and highly productive. This kind of board, which has been conventionally used, has a surface material made of a thin metal plate formed into a concave shape, with male and female connecting parts formed on the left and right side walls, and the back side of these parts is filled with polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, etc. The structure is such that the exposed surface is covered with a backing material made of a sheet-like material. However, this type of board is subject to semi-flammability test (JIS-
Although it passed the surface test in A-1321), it had a drawback that it could not pass the box test and fire protection test (JIS-A-1301 wooden base grade 2). it is,
Flashover occurred in the box test, and the backside temperature exceeded 260°C in the fire protection test. In particular, the biggest weaknesses in the box tests were the ejection of flammable gas from the joints, and in the fire protection tests, the temperature rise on the back side of the joints. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the surface material of the board into a substantial box, and
By ensuring that the surface materials come into contact with each other at the joints, suppressing gas ejection from the joints, and composing the plastic foam and backing material with materials that have fire retardant properties, it has passed quasi-noncombustibility tests and fire prevention tests. We propose a board that passes the test and is also aesthetically pleasing to deter Pekotsuki. An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the above-mentioned board, and 1 is a surface material such as a thin metal plate, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a galvanized steel plate, an aluminum plate, or a galvanized steel plate.
Consisting of one type of copper plate, PVC steel plate, soft treated steel plate, enameled steel plate, and damping steel plate, 14 is plastic foam (hereinafter simply referred to as foam), 15
is the back material. To explain further, the surface material 1 includes a long decorative surface 2 and side walls 3 and 4 whose both side edges parallel to the longitudinal direction are bent inward, as shown in FIG.
A main body portion 5 and side walls 3, 4 formed with a concave cross section.
It is composed of male and female type connecting parts 6 and 9 formed at the lower end of the frame, and a decorative piece 2a, and is mainly made of fireproof material,
It functions as a decorative material, reinforcing material, mold material, noncombustible material, and waterproofing material. That is, the decorative surface 2 is a flat plate,
Embossed pattern, surface structure with chips attached,
The decorative piece 2a is made by bending both edges parallel to the short direction of the decorative surface 2 inward and at an appropriate height to cover both end surfaces of the foam 14, thereby preventing decomposition gas from forming from the joint B of the foam 14 in the event of a fire. To suppress leakage and prevent scratching of the decorative surface 2. In addition, the male connecting portion 6 includes an insertion edge 7 that extends the lower end of the side wall 3 outward, its tip is folded back inward, extends as it is to the inside of the side wall 3, and its tip is bent outward for reinforcement. It is formed from a reinforcing piece 8 provided with a tongue piece 8a, and prevents flammable gas and decomposed gas from blowing out to the decorative surface 2 side from the joint part B when the boards A are connected as shown in FIG. It also functions as a connecting structure, reinforcement for a fireproof structure, and as a template when forming a foam. Further, the female connecting part 9 has an insertion groove 10 bent inwardly into a U-shape at the lower end of the side wall 4, an extension part 12 bored outwardly from its lower edge 11, and its tip bent outwards. tongue piece 13
It is composed of. In particular, the insertion groove 10,
The dimensions of the protruding tongue piece 13 are the connection between boards A and the joint part B.
This is set based on the spacing, fire prevention, and waterproofing. The dimensions of the surface material 1 are, for example, the width of the decorative surface 2 as W 1 , the width of the insertion edge 7 as W 2 , and the width of the reinforcing piece 8 as W 1
W 3 is the width extending inward from the side wall 3 of the reinforcing piece 8.
W 4 , the width from the side wall 4 to the tongue piece 13 is W 5 , the width of the insertion groove 10 is W 6 , the width from the deepest part of the insertion groove 10 to the tongue piece 13 is W 7 , the height of the side wall 3 h 1 , side wall 4
The height of the insertion groove 10 is h 3 , the height of the protruding tongue piece 1
3. When the height of the reinforcing tongue piece 8a is h 4 , h 5 , the height of the decorative piece 2a is h 6 , and the thickness of the surface material 1 is t, W 1
= 180~450mm, W 2 ≧ W 6 , W 3 ≒ W 2 + W 4 , W 5 =
W 3 - W 6 , or W 5 ≒ W 6 , W 7 ≒ W 2 + W 4 , h 1 =
h 2 , h 2 + h 3 = h 1 + h 3 , h 4 = 3 to 7 mm, h 5 = 1 to 3
mm, h 6 =5 to 25 mm. The foam 14 has fire retardant properties, heat insulating properties, and adhesive properties, such as polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, silicone foam, modified polyurethane foam, and in addition to these, long and short glass fibers, silicone, pearlite, mica, asbestos, Carbon fiber,
The core material part 14a and the reinforcing piece are added with one or more kinds of borax etc. and filled in the space of the main body part 5,
It is integrally formed with a bulging portion 14b that bulges downward from the extension portion 12. In addition, the bulge part 1
4b is divided for convenience, and is actually a single piece. Further, the thickness of the form 14 is H 1 at the thickest part, H 2 is the thickness from the front surface to the back surface of the reinforcing piece 8, H 3 is the thickness from the back surface to the lower edge of the decorative surface 2, and H 3 is the thickness from the back surface of the decorative surface 2 to the lower edge. Assuming that the thickness from the back surface to the back surface is H 4 and the width from the side wall 3 to the side wall of the notch 16 is W 8 , H 1 = H 2 + H 3 , H 2 = h 2 + h 3 ,
H2 > H4 , W8 = W3 - W2 . The backing material 15 covers the exposed surface of the foam 14 and mainly functions as a mold release material, a molding material, a fireproofing material, a waterproofing material, a heat shielding material, and an impermeable material for preventing gas leakage.
Specific examples include asbestos paper, glass fiber sheets, vinyl chloride sheets, metal foils (Al, Fe,
It consists of one or more types of Cu), and a sheet-like material with a net-like material, waterproofing treatment, and fireproofing treatment added thereto. Next, an example will be explained. Surface material 1 is a 0.27mm color steel plate, W 1 = 360mm,
W 2 = 20mm, W 3 = 34mm, W 4 ≒ 11mm, W 5 = 20mm,
W 6 = 13mm, W 7 = 33mm, h 1 = 8mm, h 2 = 7mm, h 3
=25mm, h4 =7mm, h5 =5mm, height of decorative piece 2a
h 6 = 23 mm, the foam 14 is a polyisocyanurate foam (density 50 kg/cm 3 ) that is discharged onto the surface material 1 as a raw material and molded, manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Co., Ltd. The back material 15 is a 20 micron aluminum foil on asbestos paper. It is laminated. Further, the width Δt of the joint B between the boards A is 7 mm. Further, as a comparative example, a board was used in which the same dimensions as in FIG. 2 were used for the surface material 1 except that the reinforcing piece 8 was omitted. Therefore, we conducted surface tests, box tests, and fire protection tests on both boards, and the following results were obtained. [Table] [Table] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and the board can be formed as shown in FIGS. 4 a to 5 f and 5 a to c. In addition, in Fig. 4, 17 is a caulking material, and in Fig. 5, 18 is a caulking material.
is a sheet-like material. As described above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Boards using foam have the characteristic of passing quasi-inflammability tests, box tests, and fire protection tests.
In addition, manufacturing is almost the same as before, the form is either a single item or something close to it, and it has the characteristics of being able to be produced in large quantities. Furthermore, the heat insulation properties, strength, and corrosion resistance are greatly improved compared to before, and there is no cost increase. In addition, it has the characteristic that it does not show any blemishes on the cosmetic surface, making it beautiful, and its strength can be used without being affected too much by the form.
