他端部をモーターに接続して同一方向に回転する
ようにし、さらに上記したホーン2の左右側壁部
には一対の下チヤツク11が、またスライドラム
6の左右側壁部には上記下チヤツク11に対応
し、接離する一対の上チヤツク12がそれぞれ設

転軸3,7を回動オツシユレーシヨンさせながら
トリマー刃体5,9によつて溶接ビード部W1,
W2の切削作業をおこなうものであるが、上下の
チヤツク11,12によるワークWの固定が溶接
ビード部W1,W2から比較的遠い肩部に相当す
る円弧面部であり、しかも該部分は自由曲げ成形
されて曲率が必ずしも一定ではないところから溶
接ビード部W1,W2を正確に位置合わせするこ
とは難しく、その結果溶接ビード部の取り残し、
あるいは取り過ぎトリミングを生ずることが多く
なり、トリミング加工後にグラインダーによる補
修や肉盛り補修等の余分な作業を必要とするため
に作業性、仕上げ精度、ならびに製造コスト等の

与するモーターとからなり、前記したホーンの上
面とスライドラムの下面には円筒部材の略半幅に
達するところの相互に接離する一対のチヤツクを
有するとともに、該一対のチヤツクより前方に突
出する上下の回転軸には円筒部材の残り半幅に達
するところのトリマー刃体を装着した一対のホル
ダーを固着してなる円筒部材における突き合せ溶

ンプすることにより円筒部材の溶接ビード部を正
確に位置決めクランプすることができ、上刃と下
刃により円筒ワークの断面セクシヨンに沿つて正
確な溶接ビードのトリミングをすることができる
から、そのトリム面には取り残しや、取り過ぎが
ないためにその後におけるグラインダー加工や肉
盛り補修等の後工程が殆ど不要となり、高品質の
